Just had all the carpet in the house cleaned.
Victor did a fantastic job. all the carpet looks new again. They have been coming here for over 15 years!! A family owned business, they are the best!!😊

Victor is extremely professional and friendly. He helped us move some furniture and then jumped right in and started working. He explained the different steps he takes in cleaning. My oriental rug looks brand new. I would recommend NuTrend to my friends.

We are very happy with our carpet service! Our carpet is 35 years old, and you would never know after cleaning. Looks great and they paid special attention to stain removal.

Local business. The best quality and service there is. Way better that the "big" name company. Wouldn't use anyone else. They cleaned our carpet and hardwood.

Super professional. Openly listened to what I needed and did even more! The quality of work was more than 5 stars. In the past I tried other companies and from now on I will only use NuTrend. They were kind and very accommodating . I needed them within short notice and they made it happen. I am sooo happy!!!

Victor did a fantastic job for us! On time, professional, flexible with change of plans. Area rug that hadn’t been cleaned in 40 years now looks beautiful and vibrant! Victor also pressure washed our 40” veranda. We couldn’t be happier with very fair prices.

Leaving my original post below to not be misleading, but an update.

The company owner Alex contacted me and was extremely professional and apologetic. Offered to compensate me the difference as apart of his satisfaction guarantee.
Something I believe that should be respected above all else in any business especially a small business is the responsiveness, compassion and willingness to make right something that feels wrong to a customer. I have great respect for the owner of the company and the way they do business after speaking with him.
The work done was quality work, apart from the original difference in quote and what the cleaner who came to my home adjusted the price to. I have all positive things to say about the quality of work and the professionalism of the cleaner, the owner, and the original person who took the call. My only complaint is that the price changed by a significant amount even though the amount of work was the same or less than originally described in the initial call. I greatly appreciate being offered a refund.

I was quoted 160 over the phone and that cost changed to 242 after the employee arrived at my home.

Nothing requested to be done was changed. 2 bedrooms and a landing if anything the space being cleaned was smaller than originally quoted because I had them just do half one of the bedrooms because moving the bed was going to be too difficult.

I asked about doing a very small strip in a third bedroom that I found pet urine on but declined to add it to not increase the price any more.

150$ per hour is highly overpriced for the work being done. 1.5 hours of work.

Did not enjoy the bait and switch tactic.

Veteran owned business. We had a quick turn around of orders that required the carpet to be cleaned for check out of military housing. Alex and his team was responsive and took care of us really well. The house was cleaned extremely well. Inspectors had no issues during post cleaning inspection- even had positive words about how great a job it was by the company. NuTrend comes highly recommended!

I booked a carpet cleaning service with Alex and he showed up promptly, got right to work, seemed incredibly professional, and was SO quick! He did an amazing job. My carpets looked better than I’ve ever seen them and my house smelled so much better! I was absolutely thrilled. The total cost was even under what he quoted me so that was a happy surprise, pricing was super reasonable too. I will definitely be using this company again!! Thank you Alex!

Alex made the process easy from start to finish. He and Victor arrived promptly (actually a little early!) and were a very efficient, effective team. They did a great job; the carpet looks fantastic. I appreciated the ease of scheduling and the timely reminders from Alex. He even noticed during the cleaning session that my husband was a military veteran and offered us a military discount. Highly recommend!

Alex was great to work with. He called and asked if he could come an hour sooner than the appointment! Very professional and efficient. One caveat I will mention is that I was expecting a truck with an on board system, similar to Stanley Steamer. Alex used all portable equipment, but the finished result is beautiful. We had a LOT of serious pet stains and he was able to lift them all. Would definitely recommend.

I did a lot of research and I’m glad I picked Nu-Trend Clean. Alex helped me with explaining the cleaning process and scheduling. Victor did a great job cleaning our carpets. He is very detailed and professional.

My carpets were in serious need of a thorough cleaning -- they got that! Spots that I didn't think could be removed were cleaned completely. Victor was responsive, timely, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend NuTrend and will use them in the future.
