These guys are fantastic, we have them do all the housekeeping and carpet cleaning for our apartment complex and they consistently go above and beyond for us. They do a great job, show up as scheduled, they are patient with us when sometimes things don’t work out on our end because of unforeseen circumstances, and are just super friendly and enjoyable to communicate with. My jaw dropped when I saw the carpet cleaning job they did! Absolutely amazing!!! I’m a Realtor and knew Dwayne through the grapevine, he and his wife and entire team are the kindest, hardest working, and most impressive people in the business. The almost white/cream colored carpet was badly stained and they were able to lift so much of the discoloration out, it’s looks almost brand new. I was shocked and delighted at the same time. I absolutely love, trust and recommend these guys!

I'm so thankful my apartment complex started using this company. After 6 years of use are carpet was looking very flat and falling apart. Dwayne was very kind during the initial walkthrough. The manager took his time to repair all holes, stretch the carpet and was able to get all stains out that our apartments said were permanent... Lol. Very happy!!

I am completely impressed with their quality of work. Blown away is more like it! They repaired burn marks in carpet, power stretched several rooms, removed pet odors, and moved the furniture. They we're timely in both their estimate and on the day that they arrived for work. The job was done quickly and below estimate. I will be contacting them for additional work for the rest of my house today.

I was informed of the process that needed to be performed to clean and treatment to prevent and kill mold spores.
Our carpet was virtually new carpet that was flooded and since we had dried it out and after the Direct Clean, cleaning service the carpet was back to new condition!
