We shop at DSW's often because of their brand selection, good prices and the rewards program. This is the only one around this particular area. We have had good service at this location and this review is in particular for the supervisor named Mariah who went above and beyond assisting me very kind, friendly and efficient. Mason and his staff were extremely helpful in helping me with an online return, making sure I received proper credit and helping with a new purchase as well. The store is immaculate. Such a pleasant experience! With 2 kids with growing feet, we’ll definitely be back soon!!

I don’t know enough about all the shoe lines they carry but I found everything I needed; Cole Haan and Vince Camuto for me and Saucony for my wife. Also, the staff was crazy helpful.
