The pharmacist’s working here are amazing!! Today a wonderful pharmacist named Jackie rang me up and thoughtfully asked if she could help apply a coupon (total selfless question ) well Jackie applied this coupon and it saved me 300+ dollars !! I’m left will an awesome appreciation for this pharmacy and an outlook on paying it forward what a great day!

This is by far my favorite CVS store. It’s clean and organized and the pharmacy staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I actually go out of my to use this store.

Pharmacy needs and more

I regularly shop here and refill my prescriptions. This morning I was treated like a child and scolded by the pharmacist. The pharmacist said we open @ 9am, we need time to process this prescription. His eyes looked over worked and tired. He was angry, like I am supposed to know the prescription was due to be refilled today. Most of my prescriptions are electronic so it's hard to tell when it ready. I said to him wis there a problem? What is the problem? He looked at the computer and said no problem. I usually go in to see if it's ready and if its not no big deal I will come back tomorrow.

I am not a child, please treat and speak to me with respect. I have had great conversations with the pharmacist before. Maybe this was an off day? Either way the customer service was definitely lacking here. I know he has to put up with tons of people demanding refills asap, must be tiring. However let us be real here, talk to me like a child, bad all around.

The regular checker seems rather miserable and is generally unfriendly on a consistent basis. Wish she would find another job that would be a better fit for her or bring her happiness. I generally shop elsewhere that has better service whenever possible.
