Gochen Real Estate

I worked with Dale Chen from Gochen realty. Let me start by saying that prior to that, I unsuccessfully worked with a different realty company for 3 years searching for a home in Oakland. Upon connecting with Gochen realty and sharing my experience with them, the first thing Dale said was “That’s not going to happen with me”.
That said… I got married in September 2020. My wife and I were living in separate homes and expressed to Dale that we wanted to search and bid aggressively to expedite the purchase. He said “no problem” and we were off and running. We on average looked at 5 to 7 homes every weekend and bid on at least one home weekly.
This went on for a while and of course we had some disappointments and had to broaden our scope a little if we wanted to stay in the Oakland area. Dale was upfront and kept the lines of communication open with us while continuing the push.
On month 5…day 18….and 67+ homes and 28 bids later, we closed on our home using my VA!!!! and Dale met us at the door with the keys and even had some house warming gifts for us.
I am NOT the review writing type of guy, however in this instance I would have carved a 5 star review in stone if needed, to let the world know what an awesome job Dale and Gochen realty did for my family and I.
