Made my first experience getting my car serviced amazing. Everything that was done to the car service wise was explained to me and made the process easier. Time wise it was super fast within one hour they were done. 10/10 recommend getting services done there.

I worked with Tawney to have the repairs and services done for our Land Cruiser, she was such a joy and delight to work with! She made the process quick and easy and made sure I understood each step and decision we needed to make. We will definitely be returning for future work to be done on our car.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. They saved my vacation and got me back on the road quickly I highly recommend everyone there.

My service writer "Jen" was great to work with. She kept me well informed from the day that I dropped off my vehicle to when the repairs were completed. Jen provided me a estimated timeline that was pretty close to being accurate. The repairs completed to my vehicle was what I was expected and no hidden surprises.

I admire the great customer service of Edward Damian a Service representative of Toyota Tracy, he helped me on my Toyota Highlander Bluetooth Stereo. Not only Edward but the the rest of the service personnel are very helpful. The shuttle service driver are great too.

My husband and I had our cars serviced here and we had such a wonderful experience! We were promptly greeted upon our arrival and were given thorough explanations of the services to be performed. And, all of the employees we encountered were incredibly personable and professional!

I just bought a vehicle form them excellent service shoutout to Andrew H. and Gabriel C. were very humble to help me out. Any questions I had they knew the answer. Very friendly and easy to talk. They did an amazing job helping and making sure I got the best deal. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a pleasant experience every time I go to Tracy Toyota. My service advisor Zen is a great person. Helped me with the key and recalls on my Tundra.

Great customer experience! I arrived there on time and they were very prompt with walk around inspection and setting up service. Told me that they would call me at a certain time and they were right on time. Offered me a shuttle service if I needed it. Best thing of all. My cars runs awesome! Thank god for new brakes and the great job for the service techs. Overall had a great experience.

Jen is wonderful and has amazing customer service! I came in without an appointment on a Saturday, but they were so accommodating and more than happy to help and show me where the free coffee/hot cocoa/water station was while I waited.

I would like to give a shout out to you about Jen! She has always been friendly, very informative, and just all around excellent person to have cover my concerns and car needs. My visit and car service was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you for such a thorough inspection and complete explanations of what my car needed to have done on it. Also the time frame of completion was accurate and Joe was a very pleasant, kind man with the shuttle service.

This service department was warm and friendly. I was helped promptly by Tatiana, who got my car checked in quickly and efficiently. I literally waited 2 minutes before the shuttle was ready to take me home. The driver Richard, was great to chat to 😊 I was picked up again from my home and got my car back that afternoon. Thanks to the team for a good experience!

Although my appointment was at 8:15 , I didn’t get assisted until nearly 9 besides that I do have to say Mauricio made the experience exceptional .
