AT&T Store

San luis obispo store assisted with major issue on my phone. Went out of their way to help with that. Educated me on apps. Jorge and Eric were fantastic. Eric and Jorge were fantastic.

Went into the ATT store into San Luis Obispo looking to upgrade my phone plan as well as open a new line. Upon my arrival I was kindly greeted by Lee with the upmost professionalism and respect. Lee was able to get me fully set up and was able to provide knowledge to any of my questions. I highly recommend Lee for any of your needs, great customer service, and the upmost professionalism.

Jorge was amazing! Helped us with absolutely everything. Made the whole process so easy, accessible, and straight forward. Pay the guy more money!

In SLO- Ca. ATT store. Happy with Chris S., Chris W. & Erick. They fixed my billing problem, helped us buy 4- new iPhones. And gave us the veterans discount. Very happy with all 3- technicians.

Jorge was such a sweetheart! I enjoyed having a nice personal conversation, all the while, he was setting up my phone without a hitch. He made the process very effortless, and made sure that I was getting discounts and savings on my entire purchase. Although my screen was slightly cracked, I was able to get a full trade-in value.

A young man, Jason, waited on me. He was very, very knowledgeable, very personable...he was helpful, concise, got the transaction completed while also giving a few pro tips, even helped out by transferring my data for me.
He is friends with my son.

I NEVER review places because you just never know what kind of day someone was having when you met them but Tony was AMAZING and very personable!! We came in with our 4 month old in tow and he was patient while my son was fussy and my husband tried to answer phone calls in the midst of getting an upgrade! He found us the phones we wanted as well as hooked us up with a "spare" phone for our son. All of our material was transferred over perfectly and I would 100% recommend him to someone looking to upgrade with AT&T! Thank you so much Tony!

We went in to confirm if we had an upgrade available. The manager of the store was very helpful even while trying to help others in the store. He even explained new promotions and helped us same money while signing up for Direct stream. Happy customers with new phones!! Thank you David, Chris, and Jasmine.
