We have used TF Auto to repair our old box trucks on a few occasions now and have always been treated fairly and honestly. Frankie will tell you exactly what they are going to do and why. We have not had any issues with any of their repairs. They keep our trucks on the road and functioning at a high level. They provide all this at a very very reasonable price. We were recommended by a friend to contact TF Auto repair when my Ford Explorer needed a timing chain. I had called around to multiple shops. Some shops never returned our call, some with very high quotes and some that didn't want to take on the large job all together. TF was confident that they could do the job and got me in quickly. I appreciated how they kept me in the loop about the progress and estimated time that it would be done. They were fair prices, honest and always friendly. My explorer is now running great. We will continue to use their repair shop for all our vehicles.

I’m in the military and had to move from North Carolina to Washington state. After the 3,000 mile drive my truck began to have a burnt oil smell. My truck was my only vehicle at that time. I called multiple places but nobody would be able to get me in for weeks. T F auto were the exception. After hearing my situation they were kind enough to slip my truck into their already busy schedule so that I could hopefully get back on the road quickly. Unfortunately my truck was leaking gear oil and it had to have its rear end replaced. Not normally a quick or cheap fix and is very labor intensive. Tom is a great, knowledgeable mechanic and was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly. The whole time my truck was being worked on I was continuously given updates which was very much appreciated. The cost of everything including parts was significantly cheaper than what most major repair places would charge. My job takes me all over the country so naturally I’ve been to many mechanics due to the miles I accumulate and I can honestly say Tom and Frankie are some of the most genuine people I’ve ever seen in the auto repair business. They’re the only people I take my vehicles to now.

These people were really nice. Got my car in and out really fast and had reasonable pricing. Best place I could have brought my business. I’ll come back to these guys for sure.

Stripped out my drain bolt, and a few others. They where not capable of doing the job i hired them to do.(transmition oil change🙄)
130$ down the drain.

If i got one thing out of the experience it would be work on my own rig. Would not recommend.
