I’ve had good experiences with this Lowe’s location pretty much across the board but this review is particularly for the service I received from the paint department last week. After two separate attempts at a paint match from other retailers, third time was a charm. Shoutout to Paul behind the desk! Thank you for your expertise!

My Family's annual Christmas Tree location. I can always count on Lowes to have affordable trees for the holiday season. Thick quality trees unlike no other. Customer Service is excellent and always a great help, I am so happy with this particular location. Pricing is competitive and parking is plenty. I recommend this Lowes Location!

This is where I go to get stuff done. It makes going to home depot laughable honestly. The staff here are personable and professional. As an added bonus, they actually know what they're talking about. If you like a small town feel with a larger selection of goods, come here. Paul should get a raise.

The plant selection was good, lots of different veggies and herbs to choose from. The plants all looked really healthy. They are doing great! I just can't wait to eat them!

Juan in the plants and pest solution dept. Very helpful. Asked customers if they needed any help and helped them. Excellent customer service. I tried to use my receipt online for feedback but couldn't find the number on receipt to start it off. Thank you. I actually interacted with 3 employees..all very customer oriented. The cashier was very helpful. I really dont like self checkout. Thank you.

Very courteous and helpful staff well organized selection of Hardware household goods and tools willingness to help also ease of ordering custom special orders plus delivery is available at this location lots of food around and nearby gas and auto parts stores make this Lowe's location a great complete stop . year-round this Lowe's can provide whatever you need for projects big and small

Great store super helpful and they don't bug you but are there to help you if you need it.

They didn't have the tool I needed so the helper searched autozone, found the tool I needed and gave me directions! Now that's customer service!

Had the best customer service experience today while shopping for things to do a tune up on a lawn mover. Daniel, helped me find all the things I needed. Everyone at the Smokey Point store seemed eager to help. I will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Went to check out paint for my deck . Kris came by (said he was a new employee but would try to help) and boy! did he help! Went out of his way and because I don't have a "smart phone" showed me the different reviews of the paints I was looking at. GREAT customer service!!! Thanks Kris

My visit was purely looking for plants... I knew that this lowes had plants.. but to my surprise there were enough to fill a football field it seemed.. lots of bedding plants. Veg sets.. lots of shrubs and several discounts on certain varieties. I was really impressed. .. I have been to some nurseries looking lowes had so many choices and the prices were not that bad.... 5 *

We live 10 minutes away so this is a preferred store. We’re new homeowners so I feel like we stop by at least once a week or every other week.
Everyone who works here is nice, it’s a huge store and sometimes it’s hard to find someone who works there but when you do if they don’t know the answer the make sure they find someone who does know.
We’ve bought a stand up freezer as well as a dishwasher and have had no issues so far with any customer service or delivery.

Our refrigerator died right before Christmas and I was able to order a new one that would be delivered the day before Christmas. That Friday we had an ice storm so the delivery was rescheduled for the following Thursday. I needed it sooner so I spoke to a manger who moved it to Tuesday. Unfortunately the delivery drivers got lost so they weren't able to deliver and I had to wait till Thursday. Again I spoke to manager who gave me a discount for my inconvenience.. They really stepped up and gave great customer service.

I get tools and supplies, my wife gets plants and supplies as well. Helpful staff, and the drive thru option for landscaping supplies is wonderful.

Ran into a knowledgeable floor rep, as soon as I walked in the door. They took me to the aisle where I could find what I wanted. Then, ran into another rep while I was there that showed me the product options for window screen repair. After I selected what I wanted, I walked over to the lawn mower section and a floor rep was super helpful finding just the right mower blade replacement.

I got in and out so fast that I had time to get home, fix the two screens and replace the blade on my mower, and mowed my lawn.

It was hands down the best experience I have ever had at Lowes.

Indoor lumber yard is convenient. Too much to look at in one visit, but they have mostly everything you need. I use online and in-store for my purchases.
