I love coming to Galt. Tons of parking everywhere and less traffic.
I should've gotten the waitress' name. She was the sweetest and took care of us.
She was kind enough to offer us samples of the soup of the day and sampled ice cream flavors. Such a welcoming experience from our waitress.

Delicious lunch! The milkshakes are soo much larger than my blood sugar needed. (But totally worth it!). The sandwiches were good and the staff was super friendly

After a rough, emotional day, interring my grandparents, my dad suggested we get some ice cream. My dad's cousin had talked about how great this place was, so we went here. Still fairly busy at 8 pm, but service was prompt, pleasant, and food served quickly. Dad ordered the black and white sundae, and I indulged in the brownie hot fudge sundae. Holy shlamoley, this is the real deal! I recommend you share this with someone, because it's too much for one person. Rich, warm brownie of generous size topped with two scoops of ice cream, a huge dollop of whipped cream loaded with chopped nuts, and enough hot fudge to drown in! I am now stuffed and waddling home in a diabetic haze of glory. If you are in Galt, you HAVE to check them out!!

Foods always been good here. It was busy last time and we ended up waiting half hour for our food. Which is understandable for how busy they were, but it seemed that there were only 2 waitresses.
Good food, decent prices.

Great spot to have Birthday brunch with an old friend. Homemade bread was the key to the mega loaded grilled cheese. and the strawberry covered waffle is the absolute favorite of my friend. Sorry I didn’t get pics of our food. Too much visiting happening. Service was great too.

Delicious food options, enjoyed the dishes that we ordered, chili in bread bowl and meatloaf plate. Great ice cream treats, enjoyed a mint chocolate shake. Would recommend.

Always great service. My wife and I try to alternate between ordering a different meal item each time we visit. Everything is fresh and delicious. Usual wait time is no more than 15 min for a table.

Good service and ambience. Music played fit the place. We ordered the Velvet cheese burger with fries, a kids cheese burger combo meal included a small scoop of ice cream, and coffee. All of it tasted very well and was decently priced.

UPDATE Dec 2022 - Dinner with group of friends. Place was decorated in the spirit , warmth, and festive Christmas season along with holiday music. The food from the child burger meals to the Velvet California Burger and ice cream (some say tasted home made) tasted great. Parking very convenient. It's just a nice place to hang out. They were short a server and the size of the meal seems like it was affected by shrinkflation. We'll be coming back soon.

This has to have been the best Reuben I have ever had. Knocked me out the park.

This Reuben was so good it gave me an existential crisis the following day.

I've had my fair share of psychedelic experiences and this Reuben is basically medical grade.

Friendly stuff with a great atmosphere! The place the neat and tidy 👌. We got couple different burger and they were all so good, the portion was large and reasonable price! They also serve ice cream, we didn't got to taste that, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be delicious too! Highly recommend!

Fantastic food, nice and courteous staff. Place is clean and decorated nicely, it's a great classic vibe for the old fashioned diner look. No complaints!

We like the French toast from here. They're a little pricey.. but it's worth the splurge every once in a while.

The chocolate shakes here are the best! The food is above average. The shakes are amazing and the ice cream is good.
