Dr. Smith had great bedside manner and was hospitable. He wasn’t heavy-handed or intimidating. It was my first time meeting him today, and I have been to several dentists before, both for work and for services. The staff is also friendly and efficient.

I've gone here for probably ten years. Extremely professional and caring service. However recently receptionists have changed and it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. You leave a message and no one calls back and then they tell you didn't call. Very frustrating.

At Arlington Family Dentistry I feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. The office is always clean and light. My teeth feel rejuvenated and my smile so bright after a thorough cleaning. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. Thank you!

The staff of Arlington Family Dentistry is professional, but still warm and friendly. They are sensitive to the apprehensions of their patients by going out of their way to make us feel comfortable.They are thorough and efficient whether it's a cleaning or a filling! One of the things I particularly love is the short wait when I arrive for my appointment. I'm in and out in no time!! I made an appointment for a last minute fix. I was flossing and my filling had fallen out. This would be my first time here. Dr. Gramson was amazing. Normally I absolutely hate going to the dentist. But she was different. I love how she handed me the mirror to see what the problem was, also, she showed me my x-rays and explained everything. I've never had one dentist do this in my 37 years! The staff at Arlington Family Dentistry are very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. During my appointment, the dentist did a wonderful job explaining what he was going to do and making sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain during the procedure.

By far the best dentistry practice I have used. Every past dentist has had a very hard time numbing my mouth and I have ALWAYS needed nitrogen gas to make it through the pain, but not here. I asked them to turn it off halfway through because I finally was not able to feel anything. They take great care of you and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone!

This dental office makes me feel cared for and happy to come back! I am not the fondest of dental offices but this one, I am now going for regular checkups and cleanings. These ladies are great and the doctors are kind, have humour and do not make it so scary for me. Check this place out! You will be happy you did. Ask for Kelsey, she's the best at what she does!

Everyone is so nice at this office! The hygienists and dentists have all been great, explaining what is going to happen. The front staff has been very accommodating with working around my crazy schedule and most importantly for me, they worked out a payment plan for my extensive dental work!

The whole team is great at Arlington Family Dentistry. Very Considerate, concerned for my comfort and friendly. They are helpful when I ask for help to figure out my cost share with our benefits. Flexible when I've had emergencies come up. I like when he explains what he's doing and why. Collaborative in treatment planning and presents options.

The staff here is great with my kids; patient, kind and interested in them as people, not just a set of teeth. Both of them always come away from their exams with big smiles. The office staff is also amazing and easy to work with. I highly recommend Arlington Family Dental.
