Burgers were good and juicy.
Fries were amazing as well! Fries were not too salty and not too hot, just at right temperature.
Nachos eh. Just plain. Its suppose to be an appetizer but it actually came after the burgers lol
Overall servers are friendly too.

The bone marrow burger cooked medium rare is fantastic. This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in San Luis Obispo, I would highly recommend stopping by. Great atmosphere and they serve food late at night. Great service and super friendly bartenders, if you’re lucky enough to get Jordan serving you then you’ll be in great hands!

Very nice place, very good burgers with quality ingredients.
Big choice of local craft beers and cocktails.
Just a little disappointment: air conditioning was too cold for us.
Anyway, great time at Eureka! Our waiter Jerrod was very nice and polite.

This is a new favorite place for me. The food is excellent (see photos) and well-prepared and there are so many interesting options to choose from to fit any craving. My favorite dishes include the Poke Stack appetizer, Spicy Green Beans, Ahi Salad AND the Spicy ‘Scary Hot Fries’ with Ghost Pepper seasoning! The service has been outstanding every visit.

We saw a line and almost didn't stop in for food. We were sat right away and then noticed they had a whole upstairs dining area. I had a fig burger and it was cooked perfectly for me. The sweet potato fries are absolutely Devine! The staff we all pleasant and I would recommend. Lunch For 2 with alchemist drinks total was $67 before tax.

Food was pretty good but the drinks were fantastic. Service was excellent and attentive.

Came by on the way to Cambria, we were looking for somewhere to eat and get local beer and landed on Eureka. I got a beet burger with mac and cheese balls and it was great! The patty wasn't dry at all, though it was a bit crumbly. Definitely one of the best veggie patties I've had. The mac and cheese balls were also tasty, I wish I had more than 3 because they were so good...but I think I would have been too full to eat them, haha. The server, Brooke, was very nice and even gave us a pint glass from their promo night last week.

Food was freaking amazing, I'm not a chicken lover but the chicken sandwich was definitely one of the best I ever had!

2nd visit, burger was good but chicken was much better!

4th visit, tried the Bison, was curious what was the buzz around it, it was definitely better than the burger, delicious.

Spicy chicken sandwich is still my fave!

I really like this place. The last couple times have been here, have not been extremely busy and so the staff had more time. Had some wonderful conversations and they treated me kindly. I don't get to come here often, but when I do I grab the bone marrow burger and some truffle fries and both are delightful. I think their drinks are pretty good too.

This is a must for some great burgers! Mary gave us exceptional customer service, made our drinks and overall delightful. Appetizer was the Ahi poki stack, followed by our burgers, all were delicious!

Friendly atmosphere, good burgers, creative options that may sound wuestionable but are delicious. Food is average price, exactly what you expect at a restaurant these days. Lots of drink options and great sweet potatoes fries. Also great for takeout, a popular destination for my friends and I. Photos show the Fig Burger and the Classic with normal fries and sweet potatoes fries.

Every single thing we ordered (5 of us) was amazing! The truffle fries OMG best ever!!!! Bison burger comes with a fire roasted Chile and it's awesome. Beets and whipped goat cheese appetitizer what?!?! Cant stop wont stop! Cannot say enough good things about this place! The drinks The apps The mains all totally delicious and I cannot wait to come back! Come one come all to the best meal you'll ever have!

Eureka! is an appropriate name for this stellar spot. The burgers - made from beef fed a carrot-based diet - were super fresh, like the lettuce and tomato were just picked from the garden. Jordan was our waiter and he made the experience top-notch, talking through various whiskeys, scotches and bourbons, and his recommendations were epic. You're missing out if you don't try the "Floor is Lava" cocktail!

Came here for happy hour and it was fantastic. We had the grapefruit and ginger lemon mimosas, respectively. Both $5!

Great service! Our server Canyon, was convivial and gave us some great recs on our order.

We also got a free old fashion because they make one to post the photo! Delicious with lots of orange flavor.

Been here twice now and each time was a really good experience. I’ve now learned to ask what the market fresh cocktail is every time because it’s yet to disappoint!
The chicken tenders are great and their Eureka burger is amazing. The sweet potato fries with the honey taste like sopapillas! It’s a desert for a side and worth the upgrade.
The service is attentive and friendly. We’ll probably make this our go-to spot every time we’re in the area.

The atmosphere is very upscale, and it is kid friendly to add.
There are over 25 items on the menu🍽, probably over 30 easy if I'm remembering right. The bone marrow burger (limited availability) is amazing and best medium rare) to get the full depth of flavor. 🍔
Their salads are great too 🥗

Stopped in for a late lunch. My wife had the roasted chicken nachos, which she said were the best nachos she's ever had. I had the Fresno fig burger. Both were very tasty. We also both had a ginger lime soda.

I had the Bone Marrow Hamburger and I have to say it was easily one of the best burgers I've had this year. It was juicy and delicious. Instead of the fries I opted for the side salad and it wasn't the basic side salad I've sadly come to accept instead it was nicely prepared and thought out side salad that put other fine dining establishments in Manhattan Beach to shame. Also their truffle fries and dip were good

While on a wine tasting🍷trip through Paso Robles and the Edna Valley, we noticed this place in Downtown San Luis Obispo. Parked at the bank across the street. The spaceous restaurant had modern design with high ceilings and a loft area. Extensive drink menu including many beers on tap, cocktails, wine, and a long whiskey/bourbon selection. "Hoppy" Hour is 3p-6p & 9p-closing. Enjoyed the delicious Cowboy burger and Double Smash burger along with Mac N' Cheese Balls to share. They all tasted wonderful. 👍 Got the slow-cooked Barbecue Pork Ribs and Bourbon Barrel Cake with vanilla bean ice cream to go. Good, fast, friendly service. Surprised when I noticed there are several Eureka! restaurants, including one in my town. I look forward to visiting again.
