I walked in and was immediately welcomed by a very professional gentleman who had the in-store tailor working with me as soon as he helped me find the coat and pants I was looking for! Exceptional quality product lines, and some of the best retail service I've ever received. Definitely will be going back.

Heading to a formal family wedding in Chicago. They did a great job helping me pick a suit and accessories. Suit was excellently tailored. Staff was very helpful and did an great job helping me.

This store has high end clothing and unfortunately for me has priced me right out of their store. On the bright side one of the sales people realized I couldn't find what I was looking for and sent me to another local shop to find it. Very helpful.

Wish I could give no stars. This is the most unwelcoming store I’ve been in, I felt absolutely invisible. Not one person acknowledged me or my family, welcomed us in or asked us how they could help. We came in looking to purchase a nice pair of dress shoes. Waited around for about 7 minutes then I walked up to the counter to get help, the woman failed to even look up in my direction… finally my fiancé told me let’s just go elsewhere. They definitely gave off the impression “if they don’t look like they have money we won’t give them the time of day” …
I’m a wedding planner by business and will no longer be recommending this place to my clients.

Great store, in other cities. This store has management issues and a horrible tailor. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.
