Staff and food are excellent. Parking lot can be tight during peak times due to proximity to Cal Poly, but if you need a solid burger this is a good call.

Everyone working was pleasant, friendly, and super chill. They double checked my allergies when I mentioned not wanting a bun, which was awesome. The wait was short and they held my food when i ran to the grocery next door.

Been here twice. Got a cheese burger the first and a veggie the second. Both exceeded my expectations. It's a reason why it's America's #1 burger chain (having beat out In-N-Out last year). Big juicy burgers. Fresh fries. Awesome shakes. Can't really go wrong.

The only bad thing is the location and parking. It's not in a part of SLO conducive for a business like this. It was nasty finding a parking space.

Besides that the food has been stelar.

Amazing burger and Cajun fries after a long ride. Prices are a bit high, but Five Guys always delivers.

Easily (and surprisingly) a top burger in SLO county. Rivals the beloved In N Out but does a better job in the French Fry department. Service is good, definitely on the expensive side but worth it if you only eat a burger a couple times a year.

Good for what they are. Pricey, HUGE portions....But as good as Inn & out if not better. I'd rather eat at Sylvester's, Garland's, Cool Cat, etc., but 5 guys is more like The Habit & Inn&out, so those are whom I'm comparing them to.

The Service was awesome. We ate at the San Luis Obispo location & the guys behind the counter were super enthusiastic & friendly, I'll definitely be going back.

Love this place! I was really excited to hear that they were coming to SLO, first 5guys experience was years ago and I've been dying to try them again!

Man this place is so good. The Burgers are amazing. It blows Habit out of the water. There is 0 reason to drive all the way to in and out anymore. Milkshakes are good. Fries are amazing. A tad more expensive than traditional fast food but right in line with Habit and Slyvesters.

I just wish it was open later than 10:00PM. They are so close to campus. Stay open until atleast 11:00 or 12:00 please.

If there was ever a hamburger joint that rated five stars then it is Five Guys. Top Notch big juicy hamburgers made to order. Luscious french fries, fresh cut, fresh cooked, hot, salty and crisp.
Ample parking out front, accessible parking, accessible entrance, and accessible bathrooms. There is outdoor seating where you can watch the crowds walk by on Foothill Boulevard. Best fast food hamburgers there are, right up there with In & Out.

I just had the most amazing burger (take out) from Five Guys in San Luis Obispo! It was literally the best burger I have ever had! The mixture of the cheese, jalapenos and grilled onions was amazing! What a delicious treat!

Omg. The burgers are fresh. They only cook when you order. The fries are real potatoes. Home made and they give you a lot for a small size in a cup.You can eat peanuts while you wait.

Best chain burger hands down, best chain fries made fresh and fried right. Best shakes. No other chain burger joint comes close to 5guys

This chain always delivers delicious and fresh food. Opening day went smoothly even with a line out the door. The employees were all very kind and in the zone. Glad to have a 5 Guys in SLO
