loan's been cutting my hair now for 3+ years and her attention to detail is awesome!!! I recently cut my hair short and I've gotten awesome compliments each time!

My friends recommended me, I just got a haircut today from LoAnn and I feel like myself again. She knows what she’s doing !

This was my first visit to this salon and I think it was the best experience I've had since I've been in San Jose. The service here is excellent, she takes care of your hair and all your requirement and feedback with much care and patience. I think it you want to choose one salon for your hair style, this will not let you down!!!!

I've had both nails and hair done at LoAn's and she is always great! I've made appointments but also been seen as a walk in. I love that they are open on Sundays as during the week, my job and commute make it difficult to get stuff done. Parking at the times I've gone has never been a problem. Everyone there is friendly and sweet, including some of the other customers I've interacted with. A great place to go and with great results!

Long due review! Had gone for a hair cut in Feb and was more than satisfied with the service. LoAn is very knowledgeable and has good amount of experience. She gave suggestions on how to style my hair as she washed and massaged my hair before the cut. As English is not her first language, people might think of her being rude, but she really is not. She took time to cut and style my hair and even showed me how to quickly style it later on - which has been very helpful! I have been getting nice compliments for the haircut. Highly recommend LoAn and I'm glad i found my go-to hair stylist!

I've been getting my hair done here for about three haircuts now and I really like it. She listens to what you want and then offers suggestions. She doesn't ignore them and do what she wants, doesn't just say "Okay" and give you a cut that will look terrible, she works with you to do something that you like that works with you. She also gives you a mini massage when she washes your hair (if feels so nice!).

LoAn is the best :) I badly needed a haircut due to thinning hair and I told her I want it as short as possible (a boy cut), showed her pictures of how I wanted it and she said "forget about the pictures, you wouldn't like what I'll say but it won't suit you. After this haircut though (the one she recommended), you gonna like it". And sure I did :) listen and trust the expert. When it comes to hair style, it's LoAn.

I went in for my first haircut there yesterday and let me just start by saying AMAZING, loAn did such a great job I'm for sure going back. Shes is super professional, she didn't finish until my hair was perfect ! she also washed my hair and it was also amazing because shes careful but also takes her time. 10\10 !!!

This is the best haircut I have ever had since I came to the USA and that too at a decent rate of $20 only which includes hair wash as well. What else can you ask for? She has a great sense of style. Just let her know what style you wish and let her decide if that’s good for you and trust me just follow her advice. From now on, I m coming here until I’m in the Usa

STILL The best haircut! Meticulous, so talented. Short hair. She makes me look younger! Gifted stylist. Great wash and head massage, mmmmm. Lo-An is fantastic, very sweet and accommodating. Allow extra time and relax because she does not rush - and it's totally worth it! You'll feel awesome when you head out the doors. Highly recommended.

LoAn is such a talented hairdresser! She cut my hair for a little over 2 years. I honestly have never had a bad haircut from her. With other hairdressers, I can definitely say I've had at least a couple of bad haircuts, but not with LoAn. She takes her time to give you exactly what you want. Before every haircut, she will wash your hair, and give you a head/neck massage. I also highly recommend her as a hair color stylist.

First time going there. I literally just looked up on google closest one to me at lunch time. Very accommodating and nice lady did my French tip gel manicure for 30. Clean fast and her hand massage at the end was great. She mentioned she does back and body massage too for 30$/30min or 60$/60 min. Also pedicure includes hot stone massage. I’m definitely going back.

LoAn is an extremely talented hair stylist who knows what she is doing and can be trusted to do a consistently great job. Her prices are phenomenal for the services you will receive.

Having been to several other hair salons in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and Mountain View, I can say that the overall quality and value that LoAn offers makes her the best in this area!

This place has become my go to place for haircuts. LoAn is very nice and great at cutting hair with a great price! The only thing is that she's very busy and short of help so you can't do walk-in. But I've been successful with calling a day before to make an appointment.

LoAn is such an impressive stylist. She takes her time, is very meticulous in making sure the cut looks just right, and she knows exactly what will look good on you and how to make it happen. I went to her for the first time when I decided it was time for a drastic change. Before I made an appointment she allowed me to come in for a consultation, which I really appreciated (I was nervous about cutting off my long hair and didn't know what would look good, and I wanted to feel comfortable with my chosen stylist before doing something irreversible). LoAn was so brilliant, I knew when she said which cut would look good I should trust her, and in the two times now that I've gone to her for big haircuts I haven't been disappointed. Don't be surprised, though, if what you think you want isn't what you leave with; LoAn will tell you if a cut isn't possible with your hair or isn't the right choice.

Finally, the price makes LoAn a no-brainer. The first time I went the cut was around $60, and this last time it was only $45 (plus tip). I've paid so much more for bad haircuts, so I recommend you save yourself that trouble and just go to LoAn.

LoaAn is so kind and flexible. Both times I have visited her she has accommodated my schedule and squeezed me in at short notice. I love getting the head massage during the wash, it's amazing! LoAn really takes her time and I have walked out both times with a smile on my face! She really does a good job cutting hair, styling, and anything else you would want! Thanks LoAn!

Have been going here for some time. Every time I've left with the perfect haircut. She really is talented and takes her time. I've been to a few places and left disappointed before I found Son Lam.
