Amazingly, unbelievably professional! This guy saved my truck! Professional above, and beyond explaining everything, every step of the way every detail and what was going on, what was wrong and what he was doing to remedy the problems! Have never had this type of service from an oil change!! Definately recommend!! Nice ‘perks’ too😉💙 End note the Pinging Stopped!!!Excellent job!!

Tony is professional and extremely honest..I just came in thinking I needed an oil change and he checked and let me know I was early..topped off oil and all fluids for FREE!! .. I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else .. Highly recommend this place to everyone

I can’t recommend this place enough! Last night, I came out to my car from the grocery store to find oil leaking out everywhere. I called them 3:40 and they told me they were about to close at 4, but they would wait for me.

What I thought was going to be a simple bolt tightening and oil top off turned into a huge mess. (The last place that had changed my oil hadn’t properly secured ANYTHING. All of my caps and bolts had been slowly coming loose for 3 months.) There was oil absolutely everywhere under my car and under the hood.

The employee here stayed and worked on my car for 2 hours (an hour and a half past closing) and made sure that everything was clean, safe, and properly tightened before I left.

I am incredibly grateful for the service I received and for the kindness I was shown here. I will be telling everyone I know to give their business to these guys… instead of chain oil change places run by people who care more about quantity than they do quality.

What can I say? They complimented my truck. I had gone to Jiffy lube in town but they gave me the wrong oil and wrong filter size. I don't expect everyone to know what oil filter goes on a 30 year old truck but I really appreciate them either knowing or looking it up. I've been there multiple times and they have always been friendly.

Best oil change I have recieved hands down. Very welcoming, and quick. He knew I had a appointment and was exceptionally quick. Not only that very helpful and respectful. I just found my new stop for any services I need🙂

I always get the best mobile 1 oil and a quart of Lucas oil stabilizer.
Is he the cheapest? I don't know because I don't go anywhere else.
He is the owner and works by himself.

This was the best service I have received in a long time. There is new ownership and I heard they cleaned house. Service seems to be the #1 priority. What a change. I will be back. You all need to try them again if you had a bad experience before. I will go on record and say, "Best oil change in Snohomish."

These guys keep customers well informed and are knowledgeable about their work. The staff never tries to trick customers into buying services which aren't necessary, and the work which is done, is done thoroughly and correctly every time. Everything is documented and done efficiently. :)

It is not Havoline Express Lube. It is Lucas Oil and it provides a good service also.
