Snohomish Family Dentistry

I have been terrified of going to the dentist, until I was referred to these folks. They do everything possible to make sure that you are comfortable. Ron, my doctors dental assistant, is so incredibly supportive of me and my fears. My fears are lessening due to the compassionate care I receive each and every time I’m there. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Kudos to the entire staff!!!!!

I just love everyone at this office, from the front desk to the hygienists to the wonderful Dr. Gwak! he and his team are helping me be healthy and I've never been so happy to go to the dentist before! I bring my child to him, too. He and his team are the very, very best! Friendly and comfortable and great, great people!

This was my first visit here. Everything about the visit was positive and I will definitely return! The front office staff are friendly and professional. The hygienist was concerned about my comfort, constantly communicating with me as she worked, and was a very warm, cheerful professional as well. The dentist was very personable, also very happy and very professional! A+ on all fronts. Very easy people to work with!

The staff folk are all exemplary, caring professionals from the person who greets you on arrival through each individual involved in the hands-on care during the appointment. The billing manager couldn't be more helpful, insurance-savvy and pleasant in her explanation of cost to patient. Dr. Gwak (Dr. "G" as he is affectionately referred to) is the epitome in accomplished, expedient, PAINLESS dentistry. Never before have I been to a dental office I could trust more than the whole team here. Everyone is so kind and talented and the 5 crowns I got here this year couldn't have gone smoother and more pain-free. Absolutely love these guys, can't recommend them enough and I plan to come here for years to come!

Dr. Jiwon and his staff are excellent! They are dedicated to ensuring a great experience for their patients. The doctor was very kind and willing to walk me through all of the details and the cleaning job was extremely thorough. They are one of the best dental practices that I have been to. Would highly recommend!

Integrity, trustworthy, and kindness. Dr. Jiwon and his staff are the most friendly, caring team I've come across in dentistry. They really try to work with you and give you the best, most appropriate treatment you need, so I could trust them with their advices and decisions. Equipments are fairly new, and place is clean and has comforting atmosphere. I'm thankful to have them for my dental care :)

My sister and I took my dad here today. Their service and care was all around excellent. They were especially accommodating for our dad, who is in a wheelchair. They were so helpful every step of the way. They even provided an easy tip for how to modify his toothbrush so he can grip it better with his partially paralyzed hand. The doctor’s expertise and communication was also top notch. We will for sure be returning for his next dental needs.

Dr. Jiwon is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is super friendly, really good at what he does, and makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the office. The hygienists and front desk staff are amazing as well. I usually hate going to the dentist (can I get an amen??) but my visit to snohomish family dentistry was great. 10/10 would recommend.

Super friendly dentist and staff who immediately make you feel welcomed. I am pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable and not feeling stressed throughout my entire cleaning. I also took my 3 year old daughter here for her first cleaning and cannot say enough kind words about how friendly and patient they were with her. They let her take as long as she needed to get comfortable with the hygienist and the dentist before starting her cleaning and made the whole process as fun and stress free as possible for her.

Dr Jiwon is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is knowledgeable, caring, affordable and an amazing person. I will never go to another dental office. He is even great with my 3 year old who has not been a big fan of the dentist. I 100% recommend him and his office.

Truly the most amazing Dentist office ever. Dr. Jiwon, although new to this office, has done an amazing job of caring for those of us who began our dental journey with Dr. Ness. Our entire family loves everyone in the office and feel like our needs are always personally important to the staff. I often struggle with dental anxiety and they consistently go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my visits. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a long term dental family to call home.

I love Snohomish Family Dentistry. Every time I visit I have a blast just catching up with staff. I feel welcomed, safe and fully cared for. Their concern for patients is genuine and it’s hard to find that family-like atmosphere at just any dentist’s office. I would recommend this practice to people who are afraid of going to the dentist because I was once one of them.

Dr Jiwon is the most amazing dentist! He redid my crown that was done in another country and had problems since I got it done. Now it is perfect! His staff is amazing at helping navigating insurance and helping scheduling. Will reccomend everyone i know to come here!

Dr JiWon and his staff was amazing! As someone who has had more than her fair share of dental work done, I have more than a moderate amount of dental anxiety. During the more than 2 hour procedure they made sure to explain everything they were doing and made sure I was feeling comfortable the entire time. The office has taken extra Covid-19 related steps to make sure you feel safe at all times. So thankful for the accommodating staff both at the front desk who greeted me with smiles and answered all questions to Dr JiWon and everyone who assisted in the procedure itself with nothing but compassion and warmth.

Dr. Jiwon and his team are literally the best that I have ever been too! They make you feel welcome and the office is always clean. Not only that, they know you by name and genuinely care about you and your teeth too!
