Busy shop...good sign! They have been excellent in describing what is going on with my car to a non-professional like me. I actually understood what was happening with my repair! That took a little time but the mechanic was so patient with me. As a single, older woman I appreciate that more than I can say.
Fair pricing and excellent service.

I took my car to a mechanic in Snohomish and they quoted me a very high price to change my alternator. I ended up calling L&B for a second opinion and they were a lot more reasonable in price so I ended up taking my car there. They went above and beyond and did a great job on my car and it runs perfect now!! They even helped me get my car out of a ditch on the way to the shop! 😅
The price was great and very good service. Highly recommend and I will be going back there 😊
