I have loved getting services done here with Kimberly! I have gotten various services including brow lamination/tint and lash lifts at this location. Kimberly is amazing, always makes me comfortable, and takes the time to make sure I’m getting everything I want out of each service. She also makes sure that I’m happy with the final results. The entire appointment experience at Balm West feels like luxury self-care! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my lashes and brows done. I highly recommend booking here with Kimberly!

I’ve taken my daughter twice to Balm West for a brow lamination with shaping and have been so impressed! She’s seen Devonie both times and her brows look absolutely amazing. She loves her! The salon is clean and beautifully decorated and our appointments started right on time. And they offer a great package deal that’s totally worth the investment with what you’ll save. Love everything about this place!

Great experience! I combined appointments for both a brow wax and a laser consultation and both of the staff I spoke with were welcoming and informative. They were running really behind but luckily I wasn’t in a hurry and my technician offered me a product sample as a way of acknowledging the long wait. The next day I started my first laser treatment and had an excellent experience with that technician as well. She was patient with me and my nerves and super efficient at the same time. Would recommend Balm!

I love this place. I’ve been going to Kimberly for my lashes and facials and she always does her thing! I’ve never had amazing retention. I used to come in for fills every 2 weeks with very few lashes but now I can go up to 3 weeks and they’re still so full. It’s always a good time with her, she makes me feel super comfortable. Elise is absolutely the best! She’s been doing my eyebrows for months and I absolutely love them! She is caring and really listens and cares about what you want. I’ve been going to Balm for some time now for facials and thrilled that they’ve added a location in the West. This location is stunning! The atmosphere is so inviting, smells amazing, is bright, great music and overall a welcoming space. The services are top notch-relaxing and educational. Ive had great experiences with the Balm staff but typically choose Brittany, who makes me feel beautiful and teaches me something new about my skin every time. Since visiting Balm regularly I’ve seen a drastic change in the brightness of my skin and have far less breakouts. It’s given me the confidence to spend more time makeup free. 10/10 recommend visiting Balms newest location.

Balm west is SO pretty! A perfect place to treat yourself or a loved one. I had my brows waxed at this location. It is clean, they did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and my brows looked lovely. I highly recommend Balm for facials as well as lashes. They do a great job.

I scheduled a last minute eyebrow waxing with Mariah over the weekend and it was everything I could have asked for! She was sweet and attentive and did an excellent job on my brows. Being my first time trying this location I was definitely nervous but Mariah far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend!

Took my 15 year old daughter to get facials. She got the acne treatment I got the anti-aging. The entire experience was incredible. Both of us were glowing when we left. Angelina really made me look and feel younger.

Went in for a sugaring appointment with Isabella & had a wonderful experience! I was fairly new to the service and she not only did a quality job, but made it an overall comfortable experience. The studio was also beautiful & very cleanly. Kind staff all around!

Update: I am a fan of Balm again! There was a delay in them calling me about my less than stellar experience there but when they finally did they were very apologetic and helpful and they are totally making it right now. I'm sure I'll have a better experience this time around.

I was a big fan of Balm West, having had 2 previous lash lift and tint experiences with them that were great, but this last time I went it was pretty mediocre. The actual session with the aesthetician was great, she was extremely nice to work with, but I don't think she really knew what she was doing...without going into too much boring detail here I will just say that I was skeptical during the treatment with the technique she was using and then afterwards when my lashes looked barely any different then when I came in (darker certainly, but definitely NOT lifted) I was extremely disappointed. I followed her instructions to the letter, keeping them as dry as I possibly could for 48 hours, so that was not the issue. I am not usually one to complain but this was an extremely different result then I have ever gotten from a lift and tint anywhere, so I contacted Balm about this by email and even sent them a picture and I got no response at all. Really bad customer service, they have lost me as a customer.

Had my lash extension appointment with Mariah and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. She was as light as a butterfly with her hands and professional. Delightful to work with. This was my first time at Balm and thier facility is super cute and like a mini vacation vibe.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Mariah. I got a facial and the environment was very calm and relaxing. The products used were light and my skin feels amazing after. Mariah was gentle excavating blackheads and gave a premiere experience. Would recommend! Worth every penny.
