Pete is The Best Realtor. I am an agent in Reno and found Pete when looking for an agent to refer a family member of mine. He did a fantastic job for them. They had an older home which needed some TLC. He had the resources for all the right vendors to come in and get the home ready for market. He made it easy and effortless for my Aunt and I could not be more appreciative. Pete Know customer service. Hes an excellent agent and I would be happy to refer him to anyone.

Hard to imagine that writing a 5-star review could be so difficult but there are so many good things I could say about my experience with Pete and his team it’s a challenge knowing where to start. For anyone reading this that values relationships and wants a realtor that truly works for you and your satisfaction Id say pick up the phone and give Pete a call. I know for many of us cost is a major factor in determining which platform, agency or agent we choose to do business with and all I can really say is that you get what you pay for. Pete went above and beyond helping me navigate the process of selling my home, there were so many things I didn’t have time to address that he seamlessly coordinated on my behalf making the process easy and stress free.

Even when it came to what the terms of my loan meant, Pete was able to help me. We found our dream home and needed to list our house ASAP. From the minute we contacted Pete, it was an excellent fit. Within hours Pete met us at our convenience with data supporting a suggested listing price and recommendations on what we could do to support the best showings. Within days, Pete had a house cleaner, window washer, locksmith, aerial photographer, and gardener, supporting the listing of our house in a week. Through a turn in the market, Pete was there to support and provide guidance when asked, but always allowed us to take the lead. He respectfully honored our decisions and was an excellent behind-the-scenes negotiator when needed. Through the selling process, Pete supported our move through the free use of the John L Scott van on multiple occasions, and even helped us get rid of the last bits of furniture and miscellaneous junk that had accumulated in the last 34 years. When hiring a realtor, Pete was worth every penny of the commission we paid and then some! He made a stressful process, as smooth as could be. We would highly recommend using Pete to our friends and family!

I would like to recommend Pete Keating and team for all of your Real Estate needs. So, I recently had to give up the only house I have ever really been in love with. For me it was very difficult. Having a Real Estate Agent that cared as much about my property as I do, helped a lot with the process. Pete goes above and beyond what most normal Real Estate agents would to the extent that when a landscaper didn’t show up to help with the yard, Pete and his wife showed up and helped me plant my flowers! His Assistant, Nicole, is equally dedicated. We had to vacate prior to the sale to get to my husband’s new job. The first night we were gone we had a prowler. Nicole and her husband went right up there to check everything out and recharge all of our security cameras. We had a very positive interaction with Pete and his team and I would Highly recommend him and his team to anyone in the Snohomish or surrounding areas that needs to sell a home or even buy a home. If we ever need to buy in the area, we will definitely work with Pete and his team.

Pete and his team were amazing to work with. Pete is a man of his word, does what he says he will do the first time. His communication is impeccable, always answering the phone or getting right back to you. His marketing materials are very well done with great attention to detail.
