Service here was good. We had a good experience here. Cleaner than most restraunts

True definition of fast food restaurant! Served fast with good food, meanwhile restaurant is playing great music & you'd be enjoying view of one of the busiest avenues in Santa Barbara.....

I give this place 5 stars. We are on our way home to SLO county from Universal Studios and we stopped here for lunch. Lots of parking and they were mostly full. Went inside and they had a lot of kiosks and cashiers ready to take your order. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and not vandalized. The cashier was very nice and didn’t make us feel rushed. We had our within 5 mins served to our table. They checked in on us twice to make sure the food was good and if we needed anything else. Our food was great, no mistakes, fries were fresh.
I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s if you are looking for clean quick spot to get some grub on.

Lunch was great. 2 Cheese Burgers , Fries and drinks with apple pies.

Fast and accurate.
Facility was clean and well lit.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

***Update the McDs app is super easy to use and an easy way to place orders and earn points for free food! I'm most definitely a loving it!!! Ah, Still not a fan of some of the last happy meal toys, the paper the Jenga game was another fail, but the Battleship post-it's were pretty cool! ***
Almost 5 stars...Fast friendly service, fresh hot fries upon request, COVID complient staff and customers (everyone wore masks), very clean restaurant,Yay! But, hello? McDs corporate big-wigs, what's up with the dumb happy meal "toys" or rather paper coloring poster... You try explaining that to a toddler! It ripped before he finished his nuggets! Sorry not a fan.

Busy McD's....but modern with kiosk to order preffered here.

This is probably the best McDonald's I've been to. And I've been to McDonald's in 5 different countries on 4 continents.

Foods good, staff is nice. They will let you use the bathroom and sit in the shade if you’re hot. There are some “homeless” but Nowadays when everyone is kicking out our unhoused citizens and denying service what McDonald’s is doing is kinda noble.

As usual nice service and yummy food. The only problem was an aggressive panhandler outside started throwing things at my car because I didn't have cash to give to him. Be aware: Around 6 feet tall, slender, red tennis shoes, Caucasian with a white beard. He's gonna ask you for $6 or a twenty bill, and if you don't have it, he's gonna get aggressive.

Ive never had my order messed up at this location. Sometimes theres homeless people but as long as they dont harm us i do not mind them at all. Homeless people need food too. This location doesnt mess up like the fairview location. Its sooo dissapointing. Thank you to all the honest workers. Keep up the good work:)

Of course Santa Barbara is not only full of lots of people needing a quick snack and wanting to use a super clean restroom,
I've been noticing that the staff at all of the McDonald's are trained very well super helpful extremely efficient and talk about clean bathrooms it's just nice especially these times of quarantine and covid to know you're going someplace safe even if you are eating french fries milkshakes you know all that good healthy stuff 🤗

Of the many McDonald's I have been to, this location is the fastest and quickest at service. Management must be doing something right because they haven't made a mistake on an order, and are genuinely interested in making your visit as smooth and trouble free as possible. I know you are saying it's just fast food, but these employees take there job seriously, and for that reason, I will make the extra effort to go to this location, rather than the one nearer to me.

Very clean and up-to-date on covid safety. Food tasted great. Fries were out of the fryer fresh. Would recommend to family with kids staying in motels or hotels. Basically those on vacation

It was clean service was great easy on and off the freeway. no complaints.

Food is food except for when it contains non-eddible substances. Regardless, the staff here is polite and welcoming.The restaurant is clean. They offer a basketball hoop out back. Nobody bothers you about doing a little office work or kill some time on their free wifi. Loitering homeless people are seldom seen.

Newly remodeled, this location is faster than others. Lots of single seating area! Love it! Clean restrooms. And eco friendly for shure. They use paper straws💙🌿

I don't eat fast food but I did meet a friend there. we had coffee, looking around I saw friendly smiles on the faces of crew, bright&clean seating, a clean & tidy rest room, and tasty coffee.

McDonald's is always reliable. They are remodeling inside at the moment (dining room open until 8), so if you can't deal with it, drive thru is for you. Employees are nice and courteous

It was worth the wait
