Mudra Tax Services

Mudra has been helping us filing tax since last 5 years. They are really the most authentic tax service I could find, comparing with other large scale mass tax filing companies. They understand the typical scenarios for those who have income in India and US both and help properly, they also have a personal touch to their service which we like! I hope they stay true to these values and provide the awesome service they have been providing us since 2016

For the few years that I have been a client of Mudra, I have been very happy with the ladies. They are very smart and they know the tax laws/ rules/ regulations. They do their job well and are fast and thorough. I am so glad I have found them.
I usually just go there for tax time, but I really like that they make me feel welcomed and remembered. They are all nice. It feels like no time has passed between the visits.

This is my second year of using their excellent service. The Team Mudra are thorough with the process - they do not hesitate to ask for all the required information. They are always happy to answer my questions over phone or in person.

From what I heard from my friends, they charge slightly more than others, but I really like their service. The last thing I want to do with filing my tax returns is to try to fix a incorrect filing from last year.

I should say Woww for their services. They are friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable and honest. I had amazing experience working with them and I still continue to do so. They charge less than what their service actually is.

I got across to Mudra Tax referred by a friend, Priyanka helped me with my Taxes this year.. She is professional & straight fwd and educative which i think is important and helped me file my Taxes, Last 2 years I have been scrambling to get my taxes done chasing the tail with United Taxes but no more .. I definitely have moved on from United Taxes and Mudra's are going to be my Tax guys going fwd.- Thumbs up to You guys !! Got a refund ;-)

I clearly told them what tax services I need but they kept making mistake after mistake. At some point they told me that their CPA is now in India and cannot work on my return anymore. What is wrong with you?

I don't recommend to anyone. I filed 2021 taxes with them and they made a mistake which I found after filing. I have to do an amendment by myself. I ended up paying penalties on the tax that I already owe. Since there are trust issues, they denied filing taxes in the subsequent years. I lost my valuable time and money with them. I have doubts whether they will help in case IRS audits an individual or company.

Get this agency's name through IRS webside. I just want to check whether they can help us for applying an ITIN. Then I was met with an extremely rude attitude, including yelling. What a pleasant experience. :)

Staff: Do you have a vaccination from the pediatrician?
Me: Is that the same one asked for her pre-school?
Staff: Do you have a record from her medical doctor?
Me: What kind of record or any record is fine?
Staff: DO YOU HAVE A MEDICAL DOCTOR?
