My wife and I had looked at homes on our own for about a year and a half prior to meeting Rio. This would be our first home purchase and frankly we were more than a little nervous. When we finally took the step to hire a real estate agent, we were luckily referred to Rio. From the moment we met him we knew he was someone we could trust. Our favorite thing about Rio was that he took extra time to thoroughly help us understand every step of the process. When we found our dream first home we needed to move quickly. Rio was very responsive and able to move fast while still educating (and sometimes re-assuring us) every step of the way. He did a great job negotiating, and knew exactly how to help us put our best foot forward. We ended up moving into our home in August and couldn't be more grateful for Rio and his team. Trying to find a beautiful property in the middle of an insanely difficult housing market for buyers was incredibly intimidating to me. As a first time homebuyer I had heard all the horror stories of bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price. The process of homebuying was a little more challenging and happen much quicker than I expected, with many properties only being on the market about a week. But, working with Rio made me feel incredibly confident and like I was in excellent hands through the whole process. He was able to give me excellent guidance, deep knowledge, and was available anytime I needed to talk with him. Rio helped me put together a bid that was fair and within my budget on my end, but also very attractive to the seller. He knows what things will really stand out to the sellers. You never know what will happen once the seller has all the offers, but I felt really good knowing that I put my best foot out there. I was taken care of, given really good advice, and knew that all the paperwork had been done meticulously.

I hope I am in my home for a very long time, but if I ever moved I would not hesitate to use Rio again. He genuinely cares about each one of his clients.
