1, They charge differently, for people they like, they charge less. For people they don't like they charge a lot!
2, They do not go over the details with you and they would not correct their mistake.
3, They yell at their customers. They are the kind of business that should shut down tomorrow.

a lady in this business has few tax service knowledge and skills and I doubt she has a CPA certification, but she is doing tax service for many people, must be lots of people are cheated by her.

不要去这里报税！打电话不接，发email不回！个人报税收了$170很贵！！！基本是收了钱就不管了！我是三月三十号让他们递出去了，现在都五月二号了我还没有收到我的退税，email问他们几次都没回复，打电话进去接线的小姐基本什么也不懂，每次都说我帮你问问在回复你然后就没下文了...很后悔当初自己为什么选择找他们帮我报税
