Staying at Toscana Apartment Homes has been amazing! The staff is friendly, attentive, welcoming and has shown the utmost professionalism. I’d like to give a shoutout to Alex. He’s been so nice, approachable, cares so much about his job and the community, and is overall a pure kind soul who must be protected at all cost! He always smiles and greets every passing guest and has shown so much care in everything that he does. A gem of a person.

I’d also like to give a shoutout to the front office team: Emily and Kaitlyn, they are so sweet and have always helped me whenever I call or visit the office.

Everyone so far has been so nice and helpful. The facilities are always kept clean and safe.

Edit: Just renewed my lease as of August 2023. Absolutely love my apartment and the complex. The management, maintenance and grounds team have been absolutely fantastic. I've had zero issues, and the new management company has installed several upgrades to make the complex even nicer. Overall I'm a very happy camper!

I've been in my apartment for about a week and I'm still waiting for someone to tell me my vacation is over! This place is beautiful with incredible views. It's very clean and quiet.
The application process was completely stress free and the leasing office is fantastic to work with.
There is a big security presence who does an amazing job of making sure everyone is parked appropriately and they patrol to make sure all the vehicles are safe.
Overall this place is absolutely phenomenal and I'm so lucky and grateful I get to call it home.

From the get go the Toscana staff were very accommodating and friendly. The units are well built, quiet, and provide incredible views (pending on unit chosen of course). Originally I had planned on staying for a year; however, due to the staff, location, and peacefulness, I may just stay a second year. Definitely lucked out with this place.

I came in to tour and love it, the staff was super friendly and Kaitlyn was very informative and found me the perfect apartment, cannot wait to apply and live here!

Been living here for a little of a month now. Pretty sure I was one of the first to move into my build. For starters the location is absolutely great. Anything you need is literally 5 minutes down the road. The facilities themselves are super clear and maintained. Additionally the buildings are beautiful. What I really love though is the staff. They are some of the most professional people I have ever dealt with when it comes to properties under the management of a big organization. Move in day was absolutely flawless and easy. Every little question I have had has been answered perfectly. This is not just the front office staff, but also the maintenance staff. I recently ordered an item that ended up being much bigger and heavier then anticipated. I'm a big guy, but it was even too heavy for me. One of the maintenances guy who happened to be there loaded it up onto his golf cart and then helped me carry it into my apartment. That blew me away completely. I can definitely recommend this place being a consideration if you are moving to the area and looking for awesome place to live.

I moved to Toscana in December. I enjoy living here. It is clean and apartments are newer. Parking can be a challenge sometimes but it’s not horrible. Its super convenient having a gym in my building so I can work out anytime. Office workers are helpful and nice.

Great place to live! The views were awesome and the local neighborhood is great to go for walks. Staff there was extremely nice and attentive. To give you an idea of how caring they are, they gave everyone in the complex masks early in the COVID lockdown when they were so hard to find. That was so great!

It’s too bad the whole COVID thing hit while we were there or we would have had more opportunities to do social gatherings and whatnot.

My wife and I left because we took advantage of the housing market. We would happily recommend Toscana!

Lived at Toscana for 2 years. Absolutely loved it and only moved because we had orders! Maintenance stopped by same day if it was an urgent work order and within 48h if it was a non urgent work order! Staff and Maintenance were super friendly and helpful! 1 covered parking space is included in your lease! Move out charges were absolutely reasonable and stated in your lease. We left it pretty clean and were only charged the basic cleaning fee and some touch ups. Still got a decent amount of our deposit back. They offer a Military Discount which was amazing! Security patrolling on site always made you feel very safe! Super close to base! Highly recommend :)

I started looking for a new place to live in Feb. My husband and I dealt with Kaitlyn. She was great throughout the whole process! When we had any questions she was very prompt and understanding. We immediantely put down a deposit for an apartment with an expected move in date in April. We loved the security of the apartments, the availability of a gym in the same building, and the overall safety of living there. I had called a few times to make changes and Kaitlyn was very willing to work with me. When Kaitlyn was not available- Betsy and Emily were right there very willing to help me out. I really appreciate the fact that all three of them were willing to help us and do everything they could to meet our needs. They are short staffed and still took the time out to make this entire process smooth, painless and so very easy. If you are looking for an affordable safe place to live I highly recommend Toscana Apartment homes. Our time here at Toscana Apartments was amazing. From the management that started it to the new managers now. They have been so helpful for our moving out. My husband and I are a military family and we had to break our lease for his new orders. They were so understanding and helped us out so much with this transition.

My friend and I went on a few tours over the last week, out of all the apartments in the area we really enjoyed Toscana and their staff. The office staff were super friendly and gave us all the info we needed with answering all of our questions. Maintenace smiled and waived at us as as pulled into the community. The location works perfectly with being close to the freeway, shopping and dinning. Not to mention a short commute to our jobs.

Absolutely would 1000% recommend this place! Cannot find a more convenient area! I lived in one of their "older" buildings and yet it felt brand new. Payment system was super easy never had an issue. Ladies in the office were WONDERFUL! Ellie and Christina have been extremely helpful/accommodating! I actually purchased a home and had to break my lease early, which was so simple and cost effective. Super pet friendly! Parking would be difficult if you owned multiple cars but having just the one I never ran into any issues. Cannot say enough good things, this was a wonderful experience living here! I would highly recommend!

For apartment living, Toscana is as good as it gets. I’ve been here just under two years, and I’ve discovered that I can’t hear my neighbors, the buildings are kept in great shape, and I feel safe. Added to my happiness in my apartment is the fantastic service I consistently get from the office staff, both Christina and Ellie. I’m always greeted with a smile, happy attitude, and they always remember my building and apartment number. Pretty impressive given there are 500+ units.

So I just got approved for an apartment here and am beyond excited! With my current complex going rapidly downhill, I jumped at the opportunity to snatch a one bedroom at toscana. Ellie was and has been so wonderful! I feel like I had a million questions, but she never once made me feel like I was a burden! Something I felt a few times at my current place. I’m only signing a six month lease because I know I’ll want to move into one of the larger units once one becomes available and she said it would be no problem! I have such peace of mind and with all the amenities, great location, gated community, wonderful staff, and a parking spot included, I know this is going to be a great fit for me! I look forward to my time living here!!

Lived here for a year now & moving out next week...only reason is because of location of close friends & work. Having said that, I can't think of a single complaint. Management is personable and always helpful/efficient... although it was rare I even needed to ask for anything because everything worked, the area is very safe, the community is kept clean, parking was never an issue, the workout area is clean and has quality equipment, and everyone that lives here is respectful. The apartments are really nice inside and the only time I had something break (the washer), maintenance was there that day with a new one and had it installed in 30 minutes. Haven't had any issues since. I also don't think that in a year of living here I ever saw a bug in my apartment & that holds major grounds in my book. Highway is also close by and there are lots of sidewalks around to go on runs/walks/bike rides. Highly recommend living here

Toscana is great for a number of reasons. For one, it is basically new. There is nothing like starting out fresh with newer modern appliances, interiors, etc. This community is in a newer part of town, so it’s safer.

Realize it’s not the cheapest, but in today’s world you get what you pay for I believe. The office staff is always professional and personable to me as well. I have needed some rush copies and scans on a few occasions, and they were so cool about it.

They also seem to be more proactive as they provided us residents with a free wrapping station at the clubhouse during the holidays. No apartment complex is perfect, but this one is close as its new, modern and well maintained!

Cool place to live. Went in to get help on the new portal. The new people in the office are very nice. The girl in front helped me set up the portal. They had donuts for all the people who live here. That was very cool .They answered all my questions. Everything is clean and it only takes me 15 minutes to get to work on JBLM. We love it here and the new owners are great. No complaints.

I lived at Toscana Apartments for seven months. The complex is in a great location for access to I-5 and views of the Cascade mountains. Amenities include a small gym, clubhouse, pool and underground parking for some tenants. One bedroom apartment had a nice layout with plenty of closet space. Grounds and common areas are well maintained and management is very responsive. I would definitely live there again.

I really enjoy living here! The management is kind and accommodating to any issues that you may have. Occasionally, they’ll arrange holiday functions as an opportunity for residents to be social with one another! Amenities are well taken care of and accessible after hours. I’ve had zero maintenance issues so far! However, the crew appears to be top notch! They always ensure the community is visually pleasing and service work order requests within 48 hours. The surrounding area is amazing too! Plenty of trails and there’s a new plaza being built within walking distance. You’re also a short driving distance from several restaurants, grocery stores, and I-5. If you’re searching for a new place to stay, this should be at the top of your list! They’re military friendly as well and offer a 5% discount towards your rent!

The staff and management are always helpful and kind. The staff has been diligent in ensuring the complex is safe and well maintained. We’ve lived in two units since being here (one, one bedroom and the other two bedroom), and both were clean and pleasant living experiences for us. The maintenance team is always friendly, and even went so far as to put on shoe protectors when entering our home. We love this place!
