IHOP

I went twice in the past month March and the service was excellent both time by the male servers! P I forgot to write the names..The food was delicious.

We went early on Easter morning. Before the rush. While the waitress was amazing. Our food was brought out cold. I ordered a scramble bowl & a side of biscuits & Gravy. My bowl was cold & so was the Gravy. My son also ordered biscuits & Gravy & the Gravy was cold. We sent it back. I'm not one to complain & I told the waitress to just throw it in the microwave. She kept apologizing. It wasn't her fault. She brought back our food hot. We then enjoyed a great breakfast. Left stuffed & gave her a nice tip.

Nice location in Santa Barbara with plenty of parking and excellent service they just started the new taco pancake menu today which I'm sure will be a great success. I had the stack of five pancakes which I really like and my son had the waffles and chicken making it a complete brunch Festival!

I forgot to tell the waiter I don't eat pork sausage and the food has sausage gravy on it. The waiter voluntarily brought me a new meal sans gravy. Awesome

Ihop almost immediately got back to me and apologized while offering a free meal. Chris is the manager and he's great! He called personally. i ordered the same thing and it was perfect and a delicious this time. I know it was just a fluke but I truly appreciate the follow-through and of course I will eat here again as usual. Thank you chris!

I love ihop but I realized that I'd only every eaten breakfast food there. I tried the T-bone steak with w
rice and green beans. I also got a cup of mashed potatoes. BLEGH. I'm sorry but I cannot lie. The steak was completely unseasoned and for some reason tasted like it was uncooked. I couldn't eat more than a bite. The rice and green beans we fine, average. The mashed potatoes traumatized me for life. It was that powder potato mix and it tasted like they didn't add any water. It tasted like what I imagine glue tastes like. It was awful. I'm so disappointed that I couldn't even choke down my 33 dollar meal. I should've just cooked with my lazy a*s...

We loved the prices and the manager, Chris, was very helpful assisting us to use our coupon.

Fantastic IHOP with a clean dining room and polite staff!

For a tourist like me this is an American awesome experience and lunch. Tasty food, quality meat in burger, ready staff... Child friendly.

The staff were great! I had the steak omelet with a side of hash browns. I like to add ketchup on top of the salsa to add some sweetness. Went on a Monday so parking wasn’t an issue.

Best breakfast in town for a great price and always good service.

Love going here the staff is amazing 👏. So respectful and look happy and joyful. Food was amazing and the table and bathrooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend and the family and are definitely going back!

food was as as expected, service was awesome, extremely friendly personal and fast service, food & beverages came imediately.

Only minuspoint was the dirty restroom. But thats a comon problem in restaurants around here. People seem very messy when it comes to toilets im socal.

AMAZING SERVICE! We showed up on a Sunday morning when it was crazy busy. The manager was even taking drink orders! His customer service was the best I have seen in a long time!!!! I believe his name was Chris. Our coffee arrived in minutes after ordering and the food was exactly as we ordered 😋

Great People. Great food. Clean. And very kind. We went for Breakfast with our 2 year old daughter. She was just being a kid and they treated us with so much kindness. We for sure will be back. The food was delicious. Thumbs Up!!!. Thank you for a level of service that exceeded our expectations.

IHop is a solid restaurant. Their breakfast options are plentiful and always good. Their other menu options are good, too. During my last visit, I had the salmon. It was cooked to perfection. If you want a consistently well cooked meal for a very reasonable price, go to IHop.

What's not to love about IHOP.. the nicest pancakes around
