Fantastic store. Extremely clean with so many items you need in your daily life. I even purchased a gorgeous jar of honey. The honey is locally made and you get a huge jar for only $15.99, which is a great price for locally made honey. Save the bees, please! You name it, they have it here.
Maria, the salesperson was so super kind. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs in this store. The owner did not mind me taking lots of pictures. He was also very kind and greeted me warmly. We are lucky to have this gem of a store in our midst because it’s a treasure trove of all things needed on an everyday basis. I love that they open at 8 am and they have all specialized cleaners like silver polish, brass polish, orange oils and much more. A definite must stop at this lovely store. You can spend hours here, literally. Update: I went back to this glorious store for more locally grown honey. I love this honey; I take a little spoonful everyday and I feel great! It’s a wonderful balm on your soul to have a little honey each day and this store sells the best honey I have ever used or tasted. Delicious and healthy!

Incredible to find a place like this in today’s no-service age. Friendly staff that says hello when you walk in and asks if you need help finding something, and if you are not sure what you need for a project or repair, they actually listen and make thoughtful suggestions.

They also have experts in their paint department that can custom match from almost any scrap of color you bring in. And if they don’t have the item you need in stock, they can custom order without taking a credit card and have it delivered in a few days. Absolutely AMAZING customer service. No more dread going to those “big box” stores, and very conveniently located with super-easy parking.

Really good, well stocked hardware store. Friendly folks too.

I originally gave the store one star because the owner thought I was stealing something and he followed me on my tail then went in my basket started grabbing stuff out asking what else was there it was very offensive and embarrassing for him tell u the truth. Since then I've been back to the store several times and he knowing that I left him a bad review and because of the convenience I returned to store to shop. he still help me out and was adult about the situation he deserves five stars now for it only one time out of several was negative experience he's a great guy it's a great store and i give him credit for being a good business man. I had bought a can of grease and it was missing a tip. When I brought it back today he gave me no problems and I actually canceled an amazon order I just place for a cargo net bc he had similar one at the same price! So his prices are very fair and I used to work at true value hardware so I know.

Might not be the biggest hardware store, but they likely have what you need. Employees know where everything is!!! You don't get worn out trying to find things and you won't be told to "look it up on their app, when you ask about something! (Unlike the mega hardware store down the road!)

Love having this Ace near the heart of Saratoga to save me from having to make trips to Home Depot (where the staff are not very helpful). On the contrary, the staff at Ace are great and the store is large enough to usually have what I need while not being so big that I spend over 10 minutes looking for a simple tool. The owner, Remus, is a great guy and knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

I've visited this Ace Hardware store several times in the last two months. Each time a staff member cheerfully answered my questions, showed me to the items I was looking for, and otherwise was helpful and friendly. Prices were quite reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional.

We had a pleasant experience of getting our car key copied. Ours was 8 years old Honda Odyssey and we brought our own shell with a blank. Usually they use their own key Ang program the key. But we wanted only part of that. Not only they very courteously did the copy they even made sure that the key works for ignition and car doors. They had to work on it twice for that and they did it with a smile. So had great customer experience and other thing I noticed was that their interaction with all customers were pleasant and professional. Will surely go there again.

The ACE team is always helpful when I shop here. Excellent service and a surprising amount of variety given the size of the store. This store was recently expanded/remodeled (Jan 2022).

Amazing selection of home improvement items as well as a ton of canning materials for food,. Manager is always helpful if I cant reach something as I am short. will be coming back often

Our neighborhood Ace. Friendly and helpful service. Reasonably well-stocked given its size. Nice to have a store like this close by for when you find out during a project that some tools or components are needed. Please don't close on us like all the other local stores!

This feels like the hardware store of my youth and yes, I like that. I don't want to be competing with contractors for attention. Owning a mid century vintage home makes this place a browsers paradise

Very friendly & helpful folks. Surprisingly how many items they have in stock. If not in stock they can order for you.

Their app is helpful to see what is in stock. Again, if not in stock you can order on line and it will be shipped to the store. Some items can be shipped to your home.

Very happy to find this place after OSH closed. It's smaller than OSH but it has what I needed. I was looking to patch my stucco wall. I was helped by an experienced staff member who gave me a couple of options. It's somewhat hidden in plain sight, on the same row as Safeway.

Excellently stocked location. I can find stuff here that I cannot at other Ace stores nearby.

the I am a woodworker and they have items that cannot be found any other place. Items stocked from floor to ceiling means they can fit over 2000 items in this store. Very kind staff too
