Always have a great experience with this Enterprise location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm always provided great customer service, they get you in and out in a timely manner. Nate is the manger at this location he was awesome! along with Erin she was amazing. Thank you all for the great customer service and always making the experience nice and easy.

Great experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Santa Clara. The customer experience is a level above competitors so you know you'll have an enjoyable experience walking in the door interacting with employees. I was also able to get a pick up from my auto body shop and dropped the rental back to the shop. Enterprise picked it up from there. A big shout out to Nathan the Manager, thank you!

Amazing professionalism shown. I had opted for and after hours return and I showed up close to 630 PM for the return. I was greeted by Nathan who was wrapping up for the day. He was cheerful and went out of his way to make it smooth for us. Big shout out to him. Maybe the single biggest reason I'd come back to rent from enterprise the next time I need a 4x4 for Lake Tahoe.

Eren was so nice here. She helped me I get my rental quickly and the return was a breeze. She was super genuine and explained everything to me. Every time I come here, they accommodate me. This is my favorite location. Nathan was super savvy and empathetic as well especially when I was returning the car. They both went above and beyond to help me.

Jonny and the other team members from Enterprise on De La Cruz Blvd in Santa Clara provided the best customer service I have experienced in years!!!! Energetic,enthusiastic always willing to do extra step to accommodate my needs with my rental! Awesome job guys! Thank you!!!!

I have rented a car from this establishment on three separate occasions. Each experience was outstanding, characterized by the welcoming and friendly staff, a diverse selection of brand new vehicles, including luxury options, all at the most competitive prices. I highly recommend this place for an exceptional car rental experience.

Very helpful staff and reasonable service times! I needed a rental car while my actual car was in the shop, and the staff were very understanding and flexible with my changes to the rental reservation as I got updates on my car repair.

Amazing experience renting a car at this location. Needed to get one as my car was in body shop. Both Sergio and Johnny were really helpful at the checkin. Johnny made sure I got the best rates. Sergio helped me find a car I liked. The return process was also super smooth as Josh helped me with a speedy checkout and made sure I was back at the bodyshop on time. Overall great experience, would rent again!

The management and staff at this location are great. Not only do they care about their company, but they care about the customer experience and giving fair accommodations if needed. Joe and Joshua truly went above and beyond to make sure that not only my experience was not tainted, but to make sure I feel heard, understood, and taken care of as a customer should be. Highly recommend this location.

I was helped by Josh, Jaron, and Ryan Johnny. Came in on a Friday and was immediately greeted by Josh and R. Johnny. Very friendly and lovely to work with.

R. Johnny was really on top of all the phone calls. Just one after the other, but keeping a really great attitude. He helped me with the return process for my rental and was wonderful.

Josh made my rental super easy and quick. He was very good about explaining each add on warranty/ insurance and helped me decide on a rental. I chose to upgrade my rental and loved it!

Jaron dropped me off after returning my rental. Very friendly and a great driver and full of knowledge about cars!

I came back a second time and again, all 3 of them greeted guests immediately, super friendly and just lovely to work with when getting a rental.

Had a great experience at Enterprise - De la Cruz (Santa Clara) location while picking up my rental car for a week. Johnny - the location manager, was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions - was friendly, welcoming and quite resourceful in helping me select the right car for my budget/needs. My experience with Enterprise was great. They were very accommodated and they service was spectacular spectacular. Also, when I returned the car, they dropped me off so that was an amazing service.

Staff was super friendly and flexible. I rented a car over Memorial Day weekend at short notice and staff at the De La Cruz Enterprise Rent-A-Car location found me a great car to use on my road trip. The car was clean and drove beautifully. No issues whatsoever. When I returned the car, checkout was quick and efficient. Moreover, they gave me a free ride back to my home ! I will definitely use Enterprise Rent-A-Car at De La Cruz again for my next road trip .

My car was in a body shop nearby so I need a car to drive around for a week. Jonny was super helpful helping me get going. I booked a Corolla but not available. Jonny gave me a Cadillac instead for the same price. Amazing.
