Quite outdated decor; but food is tasty

This Carl's Jr. really stands out among the rest in the city. Food is always fresh. You dont get any "old" fries, patties, or tenders. Francisco does a great job of running the place, and his staff are always super friendly. Restaurant seating is nicely spaced, unlike other fast food places that feel cramped. This is what a fast food restaurant should be.

Always great there customer service exactly

Just arrived back in town. Pleasantlysurprised to know a fish sandwich was on the menu. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience. My sandwich was fresh and every bite was crunchy.

I was very surprised at the level of communication and concentration of the employees at this location. My food was delicious and correct, the taste of my superstar tasted just like the first superstar I ever had. The restaurant was clean and everything just seemed to be under control.

Will be back at this location if im ever in the area during the evening.

I'm giving them 5-Stars, based on the great staff (plus the availability of biscuits and gravy). They were very friendly, helpful and attentive, and I saw them treat other customers like they were friends. Yes, it could have been cleaner, and there was no Diet Mountain Dew, but on the other hand, Hardee's biscuits are available in the AM.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant with this kind of service before. Heck, most full-service restaurants I go to don't do this good of a job. When my husband asked if they had veggie burgers instead of just saying no, they suggested other vegetable choices on the menu. When I dropped one of my flautas they rushed to help me clean it up and offered a replacement for free. As we ate, the staff discreetly dropped by the table clearing off whatever wrappers we'd finished with and when we finished they were there to clear the table and wipe it off. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the restroom was so clean I could have eaten in there too. The employees all had on sparkling clean, well pressed uniforms. They were personable and helpful. Wish I lived in Santa Barbara, this would be my go-to fast food establishment.

Good Hamburgers

Very nice staff, except a manager everyone seems to be having serious problems. Have been told many stories about him.

I avoid going to Carl's Jr when he is present.

As do many others!

However, everyone else is doing a great job and very pleasant.

Recommend going, but stay away from male manager. He seems to enjoy power plays!

Vegan options with the Beyond Meat Burger 🍔 and fries that look to good to resist.

This fast food establishment is the best I have ever visited. The employees are wonderful. It is very clean. The food is very good and of course I eat there often. What else could be better? NOTHING - go there and see for your self.

The BFC is the best thing to ever grace the earth. It changed my life. After the BFC (big fried cheese) I can never eat burgers the same way. 10/10 would definitely eat again.

They prepare my food according to My doctors orders. I can still enjoy my meals. Clean bathrooms and nice cool breeze with a great view.

This location is within walking distance to our shop. Can't go wrong with the double western cheese burger. It's your typical Carl's Jr!

Amazingly clean, probably super clean before Corona. If you only ever ate here you'd never get sick. Also friendly and professional but clean.

Oh Carl's Jr. has a great variety of good food with great pride in their service, the star burger is really tasty with crispy fries also a cart with onions peppers sauce etc. Need I go on.
