Classic Car Wash

Great car wash! They do an excellent and fastidious job on your car inside and out. Nice people help you here and the front desk always makes you feel welcome! I’m very happy with their hard work.

This is to review two parts of the carwash: the regular drive-thru and their detailing services

Drive-thru: so I wanted a quick wash and was told about their monthly pass. They had a great deal going for 2 months, then regular price recurring monthly. Once signed up, you have to get a sticker on the inside windshield which will be your pass. Drive thru is super easy. I like that there is always someone at the drive-thru. I have met 4 folks and they have always been very nice. The wash itself is good. To maintain the exterior I get my car washed once/week. I'm just driving around town and freeway so no mudbogging or snow in my area.

Detailing Services: I surprised my wife with a detail of her 2007 Honda Element. It was a mess in/out. I dropped off first thing in the AM and they were done ~3pm. They used all quality products. The Element looks/smells brand new. What surprised me was all the black exterior plastc trim on the Element is notorious for not getting back to dark black. They did a great job to get the trim looking new again. I shopped around and they charged mid of range here in the area. BONUS: they cleared my foggy headlights which were really opaque/yellow.

Customer service here is above and beyond!
They made sure I knew of all my options. They even have the ability to fix fogged headlights.. which I took advantage of and I could not be more pleased.

Yes it’s expensive but the drive thru car wash does a great job at cleaning vehicles and even managed to get the plethora of dead bugs off my grill which is almost impossible for a drive thru wash.
The drying needs work however, but the wash was impressive. Less than $20 for the mid-price car wash.

I been so busy with work and kids plus traveling that my car looked like it was ran through the mud so I finally had time to take it to my favorite spot. Classic Car Wash never disappoints me. They are quick, efficient and worth the price. Thank you Classic Car Wash for the awesome service you provide.

So it was faster than i expected as it was very busy. And I found a twenty dollar bill sitting on my console. So I thank them for their honesty. I didn’t realize I had lost it. And the car was beautiful. A job well done

They do a great job of washing and cleaning my car. Bonus points for the Disco lighting effects during the "stay on your car" exterior only wash.

We’ve been having ire car washed at Classic on Prospect Rd for many years . They do a good job. More than that, people who work there are nice, accommodating, efficient.

The service is wonderful here and they do a great job. The monthly membership is awesome! I love how they fixed my windshield chip, restored my headlights, and detailed my car.

I went a couple of weeks ago and I was very pleased with how clean they left my car. Alan Rendón I think was his name made me feel welcomed and his service was out of this world. Ladies if you’re lonely for Valentine’s Day don’t wait and go now to see Alan Rendón. If he was able to make me feel welcomed and happy imagine how he will make you feel.

Casual drive ins may take separate que and wait for their turns.
Staff are well mannered and trained.
Value for money.
Kudos to the staff who are sweating it out in dirt when we enjoy the wash sitting pretty cool.

I love this place. I moved to east San jose and still use this car wash. They are very professional and they know me and my car. They always take the best care with my car. I went the one in San Jose and did not have a good experience. The guy who did my car was not very professional and tried to run me a line of BS of knowing me and my car. The prospect classic car wash is my place and will be going there as long as I can.

Had the head lights buffed out on two cars and the lights are now crystal clear. Full car wash was very thorough. Cars look great.
