From dealing with competent and experienced salespeople to receiving the delivered goods, my experience with Eastern Furniture has been positive. The handling of the goods was done with consideration for my house. When the time comes, I'll definitely look to Eastern for my purchases.

We have bought furniture for 3 homes over the years from Mark Thomas. Exceptional quality, options, customer experience, and Sales customer service. Ann McEvoy contributed furniture design knowledge for furniture for our home remodel. During Covid I sent her pictures of rooms. We discussed my husband and my general wants for furniture and mattresses. Anne provided pictures of furniture for us to choose from which we did. Exceptional experience without having to leave our home.

Great experience! When I inquired about a BDI Corridor media console, Alex from the sales team helped me hold my order for a few weeks in order to save 15% from an upcoming sale. The delivery was actually earlier than the estimate and the media console looks fantastic. I’d highly recommend going with Mark Thomas!

I was redoing my entire master bedroom and bath. The salesperson was exceptional. Listened perfectly and made great recommendations. She even took extra steps when we talked about best flooring and paint for the furniture we purchased. Eastern is a higher-end furniture store with a large selection of quality furniture for every room of the house. The selection home furniture is very broad and covers contemporary as well as traditional styles. The salespeople at Eastern are interior designers with lots of experience. My family has purchased quite a bit of furniture from this store and we feel that we have gotten nice advice from the salesperson that we work with. Eastern has an off-site warehouse where they receive the furniture you order and stage it for delivery to your location.

Our project was to furnish an entire house in Asia with beautiful, high-quality, preferably USA-made, durable furniture. Eastern the Furniture Co. was a perfect one-stop shop! We worked with them for a month last spring selecting and ordering the furniture from multiple manufacturers, which eventually was to be shipped to Asia. When the furniture arrived from the manufacturers to the Eastern store, the Eastern team did everything necessary to ensure the safe furniture delivery to Asia ( i.e. quality control, packing for overseas shipment, and the delivery of the furniture to our ocean freight shipper). Once the furniture arrived at the final destination in Asia, we checked the furniture for accuracy and handling. Everything was perfect!

We are very pleased with our experiences dealing with Eastern. First of all, the store carries numerous midscale and upscale furniture brands. Its 2-story spacious store displays many different brands so that you could see and feel the size, style, and workmanship of various furniture before you make your final selections. Due to its large size, Eastern Furniture also offers one of the best deals in the area for a volume business (e.g. furniture for an entire house). Moreover, its people (Alice, Dawn, Bryan, & Arnulfo) - from the sales people to the store and warehouse managers - are very helpful, efficient, and most importantly COMPETENT. In our particular situation, from the start to the end of the process, involving furniture that fit our criteria, customizing fabric, color and hardware for the pieces to create a put-together style, and coordinating the quality control, overseas packing, and delivering the furniture to the warehouse of our overseas shipping company - they did an excellent job! We strongly recommend Eastern the Furniture Company!

Experience with Eastern Furniture has beeb a pleasant one to include experience and knowledgeable sales personnel to delivery of purchased items. Merchandise was handled with care along with concern for my home. I will certainly look to Eastern for future purchases when ready

I'm a longtime customer of Eastern Furniture, however, this is the first time that I used their design service.
The 5 stars is for the quality of the furniture and for Ani Kolatova, one of their interior designers. Ani is an excellent designer with a good eye, and a very pleasant disposition. She helped me with furniture selection and fabric choices. We're in the process of completely redesigning our family room. The fabrics for the sectional sofa and upholstered chair were perfect.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the high quality of the furniture and the design service. Thanks Ani for all your help.
