This hike is definitely a challenge but worthy. The weather was pleasant.

This hike was a 7.73-mile hike round trip but we did the round trip in less than 4 hours. We didn't get to see the promised view but we definitely saw cloud 9😛!

I brought my mother here during a visit because she wanted to go on a hike. However, my mother does not like to sweat and I thought where about in Santa Barbara do a take her in the stifling heat of October to hike where the sun would not beat down on to our poor mortal bodies. Jesusita proved to be the go to trail with it's oak coverage and gradual incline. She did end up sweating, but alas that it what the human body does in heat.

Great hike! Really enjoyed this gem. It was green and lovely with a little water still in a few sections of riverbed. It was more climbing than I'd expected (1800 ft in about 3.5 miles) but the view over the entire SB basin & out to the Channel Islands, was spectacular! Will definitely recommend this to friends, and look forward to doing it again.

One of my favorite trails in the area. Well maintained and great views all the way up. Meadows, switchbacks and sky lines. There is a picnic bench about a mile in and another bench 1.5 miles in. Good for a nice hike and lunch :)
Cons: lots of trail runners with off leash dogs.
Watch or for poison oak in the spring!

Beautiful, quiet trail. Really nice! Plus water fountain is available 1 mile in. Watch out for poison oak, there’s a bunch on the side of the trail. Also, not too many places to pee.

Great trail, lots of rocks and plenty of poison oak but quiet, some shade, and great views along the way.

This is an amazing entry level trail. There is a outtle bit of up and down, easy for most small dogs too and its shaded most of the places.

This trail also has a stream following along and bird watchers would love it for the different birds one can spot here

Love this trail. Lots of flowing water, it's beautiful. Train is difficult but doesn't stay that way. Bring plenty of water and a hat.

Beautiful views and animals along the way. Before getting to Inspiration point there are very steep edges up the mountain and wouldn’t recommend with small children unless are constantly watched as rocks can give way at any second.

Really enjoyed my time here, it is quite beautiful especially after the rain. My Favorite part was rock hopping along the creek. Wish I had pictures to show but I intend to go back with my camera in a couple of days.

Great trail for mountain biking. They recently cleaned up some of the gnarlier features. Watch out for hikers.
