Nike Factory Store - San Jose

Victor was a great employee. Super nice guy. Helped a great deal. I really appreciate the service. He definitely deserves to be acknowledged and forsure should get a raise or something. He was the only one to great us in the store. I had to go ask other for help. They just stood around talking about days off and who’s working what schedule. Thanks victor. Will definitely be back just because of him.

Good store and high quality items. Love their athletic appearal. The staff seemed nice and one approached and asked how she could help which was nice. The changing rooms were good. I would say it's a super chic athletic appearal store.

Bought these great fitting spandex shorts for my sport. They are comfy and silky soft, but the thigh seams are a little too tight and hug my skin tighter than the rest of my thigh. The length is also school appropriate (4”) but in my opinion, are way too long. Love them!!!

Stopped by the Nike Factory Store yesterday to get a new pair of sneakers (or two) but didn't know quite what I wanted.

I was approached promptly by Marvin-Jay who gave me a great recommendation off the bat that looked great and was amazingly comfortable. He was attentive & helpful, while still handling all of the crowd that is in this store on a Saturday afternoon. Additionally, another associate, Jonathan, also provided some great recommendations & feedback as well as some great conversation while we were trying on different shoes in the store.

Finally, after my girlfriend and I both picked out a couple of pairs that we liked, we were helped at the checkout lane by Chelsea, who was super friendly, made sure we got everything we needed, and also provided some great conversation while we were checking out.

The Nike Factory Outlet had some great deals on some sneakers (and some mediocre deals on others) and overall a good selection. I'd normally give the store 4 stars for overall atmosphere, choice, cost, etc. but the employees really made this experience great and leave me no choice but to give them 5 stars. These three were honestly fantastic.

The only downside was that I can't complete their own survey to give them good feedback because the link to the survey in the email receipt is broken and the website asks for a code that isn't provided on the email receipt.

Overall, a fantastic experience and I'll be back there next month to use the $50 coupon off my next purchase!

Great customer service. Wide variety of selection of men's and women's shoes and athletic apparel. 15% of when you download the Nike app and provide them with your name and email. It's interesting how they track you what you buy and when you have your location notification on. Smart company.
