Maple Tree Inn

Lina was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasurable experience. All the staff at Maple Tree Inn are so friendly. Love the jacuzzi and heated pool. And the sunrise was gorgeous from my hotel window. I have stayed here multiple times and I look forward to my next stay.

This charming hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was a gourmet feast – fresh pastries, local fruits, and made-to-order omelets. For the price and location, it truly can't be beat. If you're looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Sunnyvale, look no further!

This place has friendly staff clean rooms and great amenities. The hot tub and pool are very clean and enjoyable. The breakfast in the am also features a full western and eastern breakfast. Short drive 15 minute to Shoreline and Santana Row!

Everyone was polite and helpful, room was comfy, breakfast was delicious, there are excellent restaurants and parks within walking distance. Will gladly stay here again!

*Update* I just stayed here a second time and while I won't edit my original review I wanted to mention that I had a wonderful stay and this has become my favorite hotel to stay at when work brings me to this area. The rooms have real glasses, robes, Keurig, extra blankets and pillows, microwave, refrigerator, streaming TV (Netflix), free WiFi, free breakfast, vending machines, pool and hot tub, functional windows etc. Everything was very clean and the staff couldn't be any nicer. This place is really great. See below for the original review.

Great budget option. Solid hotel that helps those on a budget by providing free parking, free WiFi, a microwave, free breakfast (loved the breakfast they had lots of options). The room was pretty clean but failed the headboard dust test. I had a deluxe queen room with two beds. There was no tub just a shower but the outdoor hot tub was lovely and clean. I was able to warm the room up or even turn the thermostat off and I love having that control over my temperature. Window opened for fresh air. I plan to stay here again in the future, probably not exclusively but when prices in Sunnyvale are high you can't beat this place. In warmer months the pool looks inviting. There were no unwelcome smells in the room and no odors (fabric soap or otherwise) on the bedding. Bed could be more comfortable but that's a personal preference. Did have a hard time going to sleep I had to wait on the person in the room above me to go to sleep because I could hear them walking around. Could be quiet or noisy depending on who sleeps in the room above you.

Staff were friendly, place was quiet, room was comfortable and clean. Great location for a 5 night stay. Would book again.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night yesterday and it was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and got a good rest. Really hard living in a car and finding a good place to stay these days. I loved it

This is a great motel! They even have a happy hour with refreshments of the alcoholic nature in the breakfast area from 5:00 to 6:30. Complete with complementary appetizers. We had to wait upon check-in because our room wasn't ready for over an hour. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. but the happy hour compensated for the wait. The rooms are super clean. The bed was very comfortable with pillows fluffy. The shower pleasing. Everything you need is available in the room. The coffee service in the room is kerig, if you like that sort of thing. The breakfast is excellent. Pancakes eggs either bacon or sausage potatoes cereals yogurts even have some kind of Asian hot food bar. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were clean, plenty of breakfast, good beds (bad pillows), little noise from other guests. Very good price / quality.

Clean and a great price. The free breakfast is fantastic. I'll stay here again for more 49ers games because it's an easy drive to the stadium.

One of my preferred value hotels in the South Bay Area. It is good value in an excellent location, with good room comfort. Also a basic breakfast is included.

A good spot with a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. Hotel was pretty well updated and clean. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Hot breakfast buffet was pretty good.

This is a really nice and very clean hotel tucked away in Sunnyvale.. It feels very homely and the staff is nice with complementary breakfast and laundry facility . It’s perfect for when I am in town for work. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Love this place. Ive been staying here when I travel up north to work for the last 10 months. The staff is always so kind and friendly with the exception of the general manager, Charles. He is habitually rude and very condescending. However the other staff members kindness over shadow his behavior. Especially the sales manager, Felicia! I'll continue to stay here as it's clean, it's quiet, and I feel safe here. As a woman traveling alone that's high priority!

Great place to stay at! The staff is amazing and they have a vast selection at breakfast. Beds were comfortable too. I had some minor inconveniences with my room and Lina the manager on duty made sure to take care of it herself. Will come back for sure!

Very good hotel located not far from Airport. Easy to locate. Ample parking. Good breakfast, not amazing for vegetarians but it has good Gym & small swimming pool. Good to bring kids too. Rooms are generally big.
