This is the best place for all your bike needs. I needed some cleats for my indoor Cycle class, and I was told to go to a bike shop, so this was my first one I hit, thank goodness I was greeted with a very nice gentleman that helped me ! He fitted me in the perfect shoe which happened to me on sale! He also Included installing my cleat. I will tell everybody that needs these kind of shoes for their Cycle to come there the best place in Santa Cruz. !!!

Shop was awesome. Staff were helpful and friendly. Brought my bike in for service tec was friendly, professional and very helpful. I received an update by phone the following day. If I lived in the area I would absolutely make this my permanent shop to have work performed on my bike. Thanks again!

I called Santa Cruz Cycle Sport about installing a surfboard rack. Friendly guy gave me all the needed info. Brought my bike in, was immediately helped by again, a super friendly person. Came back after their prompt work, had a question about the rack and an employee gave me full run down on adjustment capabilities and more. Wrote up my ticket and went to pay. Customer with complex purchase in front of me, boom another employee has me step to different pay station. I had a question about history of store and again, super friendly discussion from knowledgeable guy. This all for a bike surf rack!

I’ve been to other shops on other occasions having been living in SC for years. I do not know of any bad ones, but my recent purchases of bike helmet, accessories, a Specialized e-bike, dog cart, and normal flat tires, I only come to SC Cycle sport. Flat tire? E-bike? They are just a cut above for everything.

I ordered a bike from Cycle Sport online and have been pleasantly surprised and 100% satisfied.

After ordering, I was contacted by a representative, I believe her name was Lauren, and asked for a few additional details to get my bike setup.

I received the order quickly and when I got around to setting it up a month later, I had a few additional questions with being newer to the sport. I called the number they supplied in the box and was able to FaceTime with another rep, Connor, who was very helpful and volunteered to FaceTime with me a second time when I had another clerical question.

They made the whole process super easy and I highly recommend this company, Thanks again!

I love the remodel, bike selection, and quality components! I had my wife's Specialized Turbo Levo serviced there today and it is now shifting great, the dropper post doesn't bounce anymore, and the rear brake is no longer squeaking! They also updated the system firmware! Service team helped me without hesitation and the salesperson asked if I needed assistance when I was wandering around checking things out. Some might take it as too attentive but I appreciated the help!!

SCCS has friendly and competent service and sales personnel. I've been cycling in the bay area since the mid-1980s and those attributes are not so easy to find in a bicycle shop.

Went in for a bike fit with Matthew Araujo on there Retül system. Matthew was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process. It was a great experience and the best money I have spent in a long time! I highly recommend Santa Cruz cycle sport!

They never make me feel stupid for asking questions that are probably not the smartest and probably questions they get asked a lot. So I give them the highest rating in all categories.

Their service model, first come first serve, allows me to arrive early And have my bicycle serviced immediately. It is far better than leaving it and awaiting days to get the bike back. Their salesforce is knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of avoiding your eye, they seek you out and try to help you.

Excellent, knowledgeable customer service. I bought a tube for my bike and the guy (I didn’t get his name, but he has a deep voice and dark hair, vaguely Thor-like) gave me tips on how to install it. It was the perfect customer service experience.
