Nikki is the BEST condo real estate agent in Snohomish County!! I was able to work w/ Nikki professionally on a condo purchase immediately after Fannie Mae changed the condo guidelines in Sept 2023.... Nikki's flexibility, communication, and knowledge of the market saved her clients 19 days on the transaction and possibly their earnest money! She's a true pro and goes WAAAAY above what's required for her clients. I highly recommend Nikki when it comes to buying and selling real estate, especially condominiums!

Again, there was no pressure from her but she gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for us! Her negotiation skills helped us get the closing date we needed and she even helped with a number of the things in the home that I (being 6 months pregnant) and my husband working full time didn’t have the capacity to do before our move-in day. After all that she hung a congratulations banner up for us with a home welcome basket with such thoughtful goodies that made it even more exciting to move in that first overwhelming day of moving in! One of the things we so appreciated about Nikki was her investment in our happiness and excitement along with us as we found our new home to make our own! We’re so happy our relationship didn’t stop with the closing day and exchange of keys but a lasting friendship was made! We haven’t stopped singing her praises to our family and friends and would 110% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
