One of the most authentic mexican restaurants I have tried in the bay so far.
I got the chicken enchilada which was super yummy.
The portions are generous for the price.
Specially love the variety of self serve salsas they have.
Also liked the ambiance of the restaurant which does justice to the type of cuisine served.
Would recommend dining.

Delicious! My second time here. Everything is homemade and so delicious. The nachos are so big you can't eat them all. Wonderful food and friendly staff!

This place is perfect for vegetarians and vegans! Their rice and beans do not contain any lard or chicken broth. They have a full self-serve salsa bar with plenty of options, as well as more than just one vegetarian menu item. There are cheese enchiladas, the R&B burrito, mushroom quesadilla and more! For vegans I would recommend the R&B burrito without cheese. They can make substitutions here. Any burrito can be made “wet”. The staff here is always really frequently and they serve you for Dine-In after ordering at the counter!

Come for the food but stay for the chicken & gecko decorated atmosphere. Free chips and salsa with orders. We go to visit the long-necked chiiiiiiiiiiiicken and the foot dangling chicken. Had a steak burrito and enjoyed every bite.

Having lived throughout the Southwest for 8 years,... was surprised to see this little hidden gem. I must be fair, if this was actually IN Santa Fe or Albuquerque it would probably get a 3.5 but hey, it's in Silicon Valley ! Love it. Must try the Green Chile Stew and everything needs to be 'Christmas style' then finish it off with sopapillas. Only knock is they should use some good honey along with it.

For the bad reviews regarding this place "trying to change Mexican food' or comparing to other Mexican restaurants nearby.... it is NEW Mexican lol.

Born-and-raised New Mexican here, confirming that this place is legit. Great Hopi Blue Corn enchiladas, and real sopaipillas. All the green chile, and they understand a Christmas. You’ve got to visit!

I elected to get the Carne Adobada Enchilada. Portion was generous for $15.99. Beans were good, rice was well seasoned and the Enchiladas and a good amount of kick to them.

Highly recommend and will be visiting again!

We pulled in pretty last min, an hour to spare till the dining room closed. But the food was still great!! My partner and I got the steak pueblo nachos. I'm allergic to avocados and of course asked for no guac. Even though it was late and it would be hella easy to make a simple mistake as forgetting that request, they remembered! The chips and all the fixins were layered really well, lots of cheese, generous amount of meat and fresh salsas. Definitely will return, thanks to the late night staff!

Good meat portions and flavor. Chicken and steak have a lighter flavor. I like their Chicken Burrito and spicy Taco Adobada. Complementary nachos if you order a main dish and open salsa bar.

I was craving Mexican food and found this place near my workplace. I ordered burrito mojado and will definitely go there again.

Their chips are the best ever. They have a huge salsa bar. I can’t eat spicy and found a very mild salsa it was delicious. I ordered the fish tacos, a recommendation from one of their customers, delicious. I will be coming back here soon. Great experience

The steak mojado style burrito I had was great, good selections of salsa at the salsa bar. Service was quick, and everything was clean.

It's been awhile since we have eaten here but will be coming more often. There Caesar salad was so delicious. They make their own salad dressings and they are amazing.

The cashier / server was very welcoming and kind. The food was absolutely delicious! I would come back and recommend this place to others.

The sopaipillas, cheese enchilada, and poblano enchilada are all amazing. Seriously, you have to try the sopaipillas here. The pork adobe burrito is actually spicy, and for me it was perfect.

Really good tostada/salad customized with grilled fish and outstanding salsa bar.

Nice people run this place. You should give them your money. The guacamole is really good. Burritos are so filling you can eat for two days from one. Just go. The drinks are cheap too!

Nice and spicy Adobada (pork) tacos. Great selection of beer and sodas. Their salad looked fresh, and my friend got it with chicken. Prices are much lower than what I would expect.

This place is great !

We walked in and mentioned it was our first time there, and Jonah immediately asked if we liked spicy food and then grabbed us samples of Adobada which we immediately ordered along with fish tacos.

Free chips and access to the salsa bar are included, and all the salsas were amazing too. I especially liked the spicy corn and black bean salsa.

Considering this is an order at the counter restaurant, the hospitality from Jonah was outstanding! The place was busy and he treated everyone with such a welcoming and positive energy and his passion for the food came through from the moment we walked in.
