Gentlemen working in the Parts center was absolutely brilliant in his customer service. Prompt, super friendly and genuine. He offered advice on how I can install my part or easily. Definitely gave creedence to the reputation that Bickford seems to enjoy with so many.

Good turn around time for repairs.

Parts department took the time to help me find an after market solution for an outdated part that was available locally at half the price and I didn't have to wait a week or more for the Ford factory part.
