Cole Haan GRANDSHØP

Great customer service and of course the sneakers I bought are super comfy and looks good on my feet. I am happy that I was offered a 20 % off discount because I am a health care worker :)...not too many store will ask if you are one. Bring your badge with pic if you're a health care worker to get that awesome discount.

In A Nutshell:

-This Cole Haan features the "active" lifestyle shoe selection.
-Had to up the shoe game w/ some new oxfords & chukkas.
-The lambskin leather is nice & supple like most good skin ;)
-Anna was such a great help & knowledge of all the shoes.
-Went 2x to buy twice.

Overall, if you need some nice shoes vome check out this new location.

Amazing staff and store! Already bought 4 pairs of shoes from them on different days. Both staff members were professional, courteous and went out of their way to help me find the best pairs of shoes. Javan even kept the store open for me when I stayed a little past store hours finding the right shoes. Never felt rushed. Got all the sizes I asked for in multiple shoes.

They were very nice and accepted my return because of a defect.

Arina was a really big help and she is the reason I will come back to Cole Haan in the future. Thank you Arina!

great experience at this location. the manager, Javan, was super helpful!

They closed half an hour early so I couldn't make a return on day one. Today I came back and during the 5pm shift they lied to me when I was going to return shoes bought at another Cole Haan location. They claimed it was bought at an outlet so I have to return an outlet. I just came back and checked with my wife and it's not an outlet (Cole Haan in Durham, NC). I was totally duped, swindlers. Now I have to make a trip a third time

1/7 update: called Cole Haan Outlet & they confirmed indeed I had bought at regular Cole Haan non-outlet. Wow
