Mission Pointe by Windsor Apartments

We have been living in Mission Pointe for more than 5 years. Staff is very helpful and they quickly resolve your queries. Our maintenance requests were quickly fulfilled by the team. The community is always clean with all the greenery around which makes it more beautiful for strolls. Community has amenities like Gym, Racquetball Court, Swimming Pools, Playground etc. I indeed am a happy resident of Mission Pointe.

I was much worried about the main door letting in cold air.
David did a great job. Personally I feel he is very creative and innovative. I don't know how he is gonna fix it. Brilliantly he came with an idea on his own and fixed it. Very very impressive job. Nice man with good workmanship.

I have lived here for approximately 2 years in separate apartments and areas of the community. Overall, this is a great place to live. I especially recommend this community for its affordability, safety, customer service, and the location. It's quiet, safe, the amenities are awesome, More in-depth details below:

[Location]
This community is located in a quiet and well policed neighborhood within a short distance of Highway 101 and Highway 237. The neighborhood is mostly residential. The most popular park in Sunnyvale (Seven Seas Park) is located DIRECTLY across the street which is a HUGE plus. There is a small shopping center close by with a Grocery Outlet and some other stores. Safety wise, I have lived here 2 years and never experienced any type of crime in this neighborhood. I haven't heard about car break-ins, or anything at all. This is very rare for California and probably due to good staff and also a quiet neighborhood. Sunnyvale Baylands park and the gorgeous Baylands are only a short drive from here as well. I recommend this area for families and people who are trying to get away from the noise and sirens of downtown.

[The Staff]
The staff here is great. Everyone I've talked to has been very friendly and accommodating with me. Whenever we have an issue with something in the apartment, it is resolved very quickly. The service staff here is friendly, efficient, and knowledgable.

[The Amenities]
The amenities are a HUGE plus of living here. Especially considering the price is pretty good for what we get. There are 3 swimming pools, multiple barbecue areas for reservation, several tennis courts, a racquetball area, a children's playground, a gym, and walking trails right next door. The parking situation is good too but could use a little improvement. They have gated, covered, and uncovered spaces. The gated and covered spaces cost a monthly fee. Additionally, the gated spaces are only for certain apartments. Sometimes the parking can be a little close but I've never had trouble finding parking. I'd recommend reserving a spot, though, if you're not comfortable parking your car very close to others. One recommendation for the staff would be exploring an option to allow other apartments to reserve the gated underground spaces. As I understand now, only a certain apartment style or building can rent those spaces, which results in many unused ones.Overall, the amenities are great here, and definitely a reason to stay.

[The Living Spaces]
This community has several different types of apartment styles. On a scale from 1-10 (with 10 being luxury high end modern appliances), I'd rate the apartments at about 6.5. The appliances are nice. They have in unit washers and dryers for some apartments. The water is always super hot, and everything is well maintained. When we moved in, we were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the apartment, especially considering the price point. If you have any issues with anything in your apartment, maintenance will gladly work with you we've found. High speed internet is offered here and is extremely fast as well. The rooms are usually big enough to fit a California King bed, or a queen comfortably. I would suggest attempting to find a hardwood floor apartment here if able. If not, the carpeted units are fine too. It's what we had and if you take care of it, it's nice on those cold days! Another suggestion, if you get an apartment facing the sunsets, be prepared because it can get a little hot sometimes on hot summer days. There are no air conditioners, so plan on plenty of ventilation or investing in a small portable AC unit or fans. These units do have heaters though!

Overall, I would highly recommend this place. I'd rate this a 9/10 for anyone looking for a lot of value for their money in the expensive Bay Area. If you're more the quiet type and really enjoy nature and exploring your neighborhood, this is definitely it. My first walk to the Baylands from my apartment sold me on this place, and I'm still here two years later.

We've been touring apartments to get ready for a big move and recently had the pleasure of touring this place with Alessandra Martinez. She was very knowledgeable about the property and made us feel welcomed and comfortable with the many questions we had about the area and community. I highly suggest taking a tour here with her if you're looking for a new place to call home!

We decided to stop by these apartments and were immediately greeted by Alicia. We were looking for a 1 bedroom apartment close to work. She was really nice and thoroughly explained everything the apartments have to offer. It was just a bit over our budget. We really appreciate Alicia for being so patient and trying to work with us.

I appreciate the staff in Mission Pointe by Windsor Apartments. Ray was extremely helpful with our most recent maintenance requests. Not only did he fix the bathroom sink leak, he also took the time to explain the root cause. He also removed his shoes or wears shoe covers during his visit, I really appreciate his attention to details!

Moved in the apartment for a month now and been enjoying it. I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance staff especially Ana. She’s incredibly responsible and responsive. She had to stop by a few times to help fix something for me that’s not even in her work scope. She totally did it as a favor, not to mention she’s super nice and warm to chat with every time I see her. For the non urgent maintenance requests I’ve submitted, they weee usually answered within a day for non urgent ones. The leasing staff like Sam is very helpful as well and helped make the move in as smooth as possible.

I really like here. I looked at a lot of places and this place was by far the best place for the money. The leasing office woman are super helpful, they have printed documents for me, accepted a package for me, and gave me a light bulb (while offering to send someone to change it for me, haha). One of the property care guys helped me move a huge thing with his golf cart. I have a humongous porch with a storage closet, parking is ample, and it is so quiet here. People complain about not having AC, which I personally don't care about, but it can get warm. I would say the most important thing to me is how quiet it is out here. It just feels peaceful here to me. The gym is fine for most things, three hot tubs that kick but on property, 3 pools, only on is heated though.

I almost did not look at this place because it had such a low review on google, I looked at 10 other places, and last minute I decided I would check it out because it was much closer to my job. The tour was so good and I instantly fell in love. If you are shopping around, make sure this place is on your list just to check out.

As a future resident, I have to give a huge shoutout to Alessandra for making my apartment search a breeze. She was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to really listen to what I was looking for. Alessandra’s knowledge of the area and the available units was impressive, and she went above and beyond to find me the perfect place. Thanks to her, I’m moving into my first apartment soon. I can’t wait!

The staff are polite and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure they solve your issue. Specially, Ray was very helpful with both installing the dishwasher and other maintenances. He made sure to take off his shoes since we asked in the maintenance form. I really appreciate it.

It was a great time living in this lovely community. The community is beautiful, has decent amenities including swimming pools and tennis courts you might actually want to use. People living here are nice and kind, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests were promptly dealt. All the maintenance and leasing team member were kind, I would like to thank Brenda for resolving my questions and requests in a timely manner :) They also returned my deposit after reasonable deduction for general after move-out cleaning.

Fantastic experience touring this community with Samuel Corona. He took the time to walk us through the amenities and really let us get a good feel for what it would be like to live at Mission Pointe. Would highly recommend this community and also having Sam as your leasing agent!

I've lived here for over a year now and I love the community. The maintenance team is excellent. Jose once helped me find a misplaced FedEx package by searching through all the apartments until he found where my package was left incorrectly by the FedEx driver. Ruy helped replace our washer and dryer all by himself. Anna (emergency team) was excellent too. I might have missed a few names but overall the Maintenance team is what makes MissionPointe a cozy, warm community that you'll want to continue staying at.

Cons:
- Lack of A/C during summer can make your stay a bit uncomfortable for the heat-wave days.
- No elevator can be uncomfortable for the elderly and folks with knee issues.

Staff here is very helpful and responds quickly. Ray was very helpful to replace our not working refrigerator on a holiday. But the new one was very small compared to the old one, he promptly replaced again with a bigger one, the next day.

Alessandra was a great help during our tour. She has very helpful and has lovely customer service and answered all of our questions. The community is absolutely beautiful, I can very much see myself living here.

I toured this community with Sam and they were super nice and helpful with the entire leasing process! My move in date is a bit ways away, but I look forward to working with them in the future and moving to this wonderful community.
