My first experience was amazing. I'm 54, and was surprised by the single best shopping experience I've ever had with an online purchase. I'm still amazed. After placing my order in the evening, I received an email shortly afterwards, the standard showing my order had been received, and what I had purchased. A short time later I received a shipping notice with tracking number ... around midnight ??? It showed shipped. Next I received an email with a thank you, and a link to their product review of the item I had just purchased! It was titled something like "Everything you need to know about your new Dac90" !!! This is a waaaaay cool business practice. In the morning I checked tracking again, and it was in transit. I live only 4 hrs from Oakland, yet received it the next day. Then I received a follow up email, inquiring about my satisfaction, and telling me they "had my back" if anything happened. Just WOW. I do agree Apos needs a small notice window by each product, showing it's physical location. Allowing shoppers to back out, if they don't want to wait for it. But I'm very satisfied to have found this company.

Great company. Ordered 3 items with express shipping. One of the items was not in stock they shipped the two that were and immediately refunded the shipping cost and then gave me an extra $10 refund for the inconvenience. Shipping is fast and the service is awesome.

Apos is great. Got my product super fast and they are a bunch of cool people over there. Nice to talk to and they were very helpful in recommending me some great gear.

Do not buy product from this shop. Do yourself a favor and look for another shop that will address your audio needs.
The customer service replies at an extremely slow rate. The replies sent by the customer service representative looks like it is from a template. The representative only said that they will get back but gave zero response to the request. Truly having a hard time reaching them. I tried calling the phone number on their site but always goes to an automated message. They don't even seem to care about the customer.

They are selling high end audio product but does not even seem to care about sending updates and processing the orders. Order processing time is also really slow. And does not perform any updates on the order unless you escalate it. Buying products from Apos is a really frustrating experience.. If I could give a negative star, I would love to.

I ordered a Topping d90, inventory wasn't updated per there website! out of stock I was offered a open box for a cheaper price and assured it would ship the same day. That was 6 days ago! no tracking number for shipping, no refund credited to my card for the price difference.
At this point I sent a message to cancel my order and get my money back. Surpise, surpise! nobody will respond to my request. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had online shopping. There lost not mine audiophile spend stupid amounts of money and are constantly upgrading.
I'll buy direct from over seas next time it would have been faster

Do not purchase anything from this company if you would like good customer service. I have had to replace 2 sets of earphones now and each time they give me a harder time returning them. This time they gave me the run around and finally said I could return them but then charged me a return fee but not until I already returned the earphones, so they held the new ones hostage until I paid their return fee. They brag about their 2 year warranty but don't honor it with out you paying additional costs. The quality of the earphones was obviously low since the 1st only lasted 6 months and the 2nd lasted 4 months. Do yourself a favor and order from another company that has quality products and better customer service.

this company is a scam. they sent me smsl-9 dac whuch went bad after two weeks and refused to refund any money. they are not responding on phone calls or emails. Avoid!

Completely unreliable. Their support people take a long time to respond, and do not have any understanding of the equipment. I will never purchase anything from them again.
