Nice, quiet park in a pleasant semi-woodland like setting. Closed a deal i a double wide here about 2 weeks ago.Nickic the manager, is terrific! She did everything to expedite our residency application to allow us to close the sale on the unit. Super friendly Neighbors, I know we're going to really enjoy living here

I went to do an estimate for work in this neighborhood and was really impressed. I'm not that into mobile/manufactured homes or parks but this was nice. The roads are well maintained, the lots are large, and it's very clean. I found myself considering living in the home I was looking at. It just had a pleasant feel.

Not a bad park to live in it has a lot of lot of friendly people that live here the Manger is a good women the have games going on in the club house for all the residents that live here

Nice over 50 Community. Friendly people, quiet, and lots of activities. Larger yards than you would expect from a mobile park. Very dog friendly also.

The manager is great so kind and helpful so are all the people who live here. I'm from the country and the people in this part make it heaven
