I'm very picky when it comes to coloring my hair. I've dyed it twice in Asia and I haven't found a decent colorist in the Bay until I met Jay today. I scheduled a free 30min consultation apt like a month prior and they had availabilities with the master stylist Jay. And I was able to scheduled a toning appointment on the same day which was a huge plus bc I drove from Oakland East Bay to San Jose like 1hr away. Worth the drive honestly.

The salon was flexible when I was a few minutes late due to stuck in traffic. I called and texted their customer team number and they responded quickly to confirm it’s ok. The consultation appointment was quick and efficient. I've provided my current hair color n the hair color I wanted to tone back to the customer service team, and Jay saw those pix. I explained that I don't want to bleach bc I did it in Asia for several hours, my hair will more damage if I do it again here. So Jay suggesting a toner blend on the bottom half of my hair that will blend in w my roots. Jay trimmed off a few strands of my hair during the consultation to test bleeding the toner colors on my hair. Which I thought was very detailed and precise compared to other salons I've been to when it comes to coloring.

Jay and I had great conversations. I also did my HC there and trimmed off like 4 inches. Toning, shampoo/conditioner, HC process took around 2hrs. Toner stayed on for 10-15min at most. Shampoo n conditioner was the best part. A nice and deep head massage with excellent quality Japanese hair products, it felt very luxurious and calming. I fell asleep for prob 10min during the hair wash. I saw there's headspa service as well, i can try next time.

Excellent services and easy process to get an appointment with a stylist. Highly recommend Viange for your hair care needs. Next door is Viange nails and eyelash extensions too, you can totally get a full day of self care at this Saratoga location.

Beautiful salon. Jay is amazing and very professional. He gave an excellent haircut and styles hair beautifully. I will definitely go back to him, I can see why he books up so fast.

Very wonderful! I cut the short bob hairstyle yesterday. Kylie is super great! She is very technical, she did my haircut very detail. And we also had a very nice talk during the cut. And the price is reasonable. I will go there again!😃

I had a hair cut with Sarah. She is a wonderful hair cut stylist, with some customer description she was able to picture an image of how customer wants the hair cut be. Very friendly and nice experience.

Had wonderful experience here for a haircut! Jay is very nice and patient. I wanted to try something different after keeping it long straight for more than 10 years, we had several discussions and he is helping me figuring out the style that truly belongs to me. We have tried two shot hair styles and I love them! Jay is really experienced, his haircut does not require much effort to take care of and the style holds well.

Had great experience here for a hair cut. My stylist is highly skilled and really put her heart in every detail in the whole process from washing the hair, combing, styling and drying! Nana did such an excellent job who IMO is one of the best stylists I’ve seen in the Bay Area!

Great Japanese style hair salon. Nice and clean facilities and friendly staffs. Entrance to the mall is a bit tricky.

Jay is an awesome hair stylist and I loved how I could consult with him what I want for my hair color/balayage at the beginning of the session. The covid precautions in indoor salon are very nicely done (sanitizeing etc.), and I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely want to come back!

Would recommend this place over and over again. I would recommend Jay even more. I first came to get my hair straightened and completely fell in love with it. Came back a month later and got my hair colored and love it even more. 100% will make Jay my forever hairdresser.

The only place I can trust in South bay! The stylist here have worked many years in places like Aoyama, which is the most competitive cities in Japan. They have the skills.
