Best Bara Chirashi bowl at reasonable price around this area! I can’t believe we can get it less than $15! Taste and service are also good.

Fresh sushi with great staff. Everyone there seems like their having slot of fun. We sat at the bar with the two sushi chefs. Henry was waiting on us and we so incredibly personable. Most places I've been, the sushi chefs are quiet and don't share much. Henry was talkative and open and made us feel part of the Kikusushi family.

This space is big so can accommodate large or small parties. Sushi is delicious and the have tamari for those gluten free eaters. Sushi options vary but they will comply with Abby allergies.

Great friendly place, will be back.

The staff here is extremely friendly and occasionally stuff is on sale here, around 30% off. It's an extremely good deal since the food here is fresh. The family combo here is also a good deal, it includes appetizers (2), sushi roll (2), bento & donburi (2), and ramen (1) for $55 (you have options to choose from). Also inside there are mini (Asian) snacks you can buy.

This business pivoted from a full service restaurant into a market with a kitchen. Over the weekend, I ordered food from the kitchen. We liked the food so much, on Monday I went back for lunch.

My favorite is the chirashi. It has fresh, good quality sashimi, and is a phenomenal value.

Although it is more like a sushi food court other than restaurant, the fish is very fresh with a reasonable price, taste better than many other sushi restaurants I have tried, my husband and I both like packing several pokes and dons every time we visit.

Best place for sashimi/nigiri in south bay! Their toro/otoro tuna nigiri is a must have at this place. All their nigiri and sashimi are super fresh and tender. The store is a small semi-restaurant and store hybrid. You can pick up bentos/sushi/sashimi etc or order at a kiosk to get it freshly made. I recommend ordering at the kiosk to get it freshly made foe the best experience.

This is a secret spot in South Bay that I can find Uji Time Ice cream!! The flavors spectrum is quite complete here too. The manager told me that they have been carrying Uji Time ice cream for almost two years already

This restaurant is in the boarder of Cupertino and Saratoga. It’s a hidden gem in the old plaza. Great sashimi quality!
We bought kiku chirashi , bara chirashi don and squid nigiri for lunch from Uber Eats. Kiku Chirashi is best value in the area.

My favorite Japanese Market nearby. The sashimi and rice are mostly great.

We’ve bought takeout here four times this year. The food is fresh. We haven’t dined in yet, but the staff seems very friendly. The location is in a quiet and somewhat old part of town.

Fresh sashimi and has contactless order system in place. We were there eating dinner. Ordered Tamago sushi, see urchin sushi, salmon / sea urchin rice set. Price are very reasonable. Definitely go back again.

This market is a hidden gem! They have so many Japanese bentos to go, and one of the rare places where to go sushi actually tastes good. They also have many different types of other ready-made bentos other than the typical “dons” (rice bowls), which made me compelled to try a few and spend more than I had intended 😅. All very good! My sister had some with us later, and ended up going back the next day on her own.

It is now a supermarket with a take out kitchen. Nice and clean.

So this place is INCREDIBLE 1st off. We actually left another place, which sucked, and walked into this place and had the complete opposite experience. Incredible. Very friendly staff, they kept serving us little dishes On The House. The service was incredibly friendly and ridiculously fast. The price was right and everything was fantastically prepared. It smelled amazing, as opposed to the OTHER place which smelled like rotten fish. This place would be fantastic for any occasion, including a large party but doesn't forget the casual and even intimate setting. The building was very roomy and airy and well that, so they had private sections which could be closed off but we're still windowed and very open feeling.

The place is in a pretty secluded area. It's kind of hidden in the back. The snacks are pretty good, and they are generally pretty affordable.
They have a 30% discount on pre-made food around 5:30pm or 7pm.

I've been eating here for years. Always fresh fish, great bar salad, sushi chef has been here as long as I can remember and he is consistently good. Lots of parking, there can be a wait at popular times. Set back off the road so it is a little bit hidden but worth the hunt.

Niche Asian supermarket! They just opened, still working hard to fill up the shelves. Affordable and high quality Japanese groceries and products in the market. Much much better quality sushi in compare to those you get from Safeway at the same price. Generous sashimi. They also sell hot food like pork chop over rice and make by order!

Although the store doesn't have a designer / corporate look like other chain groceries, quit a few items in the store were cheaper than other Japanese stores we visited (Mitsuwa, Daiso, Marukai) in the bay area, and the omusubi / onigiri was good!

The food was also surprisingly fresh, and saw someone throwing away bags with perfectly good bento boxes - presumably because they make the food fresh each day.

We will be frequenting this store more often.
