I recently did my immigration physical examination in Dr. Liu's office. I was very happy to get it done in just a few of days.Dr. Liu is very nice and efficient. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Liu's office.

Office hours are not known. They shut office and disappear with no notice.

Do not rely on Google maps office hours.

Been trying to reach them for 2days - during business hours - and the are awol.

I just called, someone picked up, no greetings or anything, just silence. I said "hello" and the other side hung up. that's it. nothing but rude. I know it's 4 min before your close time. but if you've decided to pick up, why chose to be rude and bring a bad reputation for your clinic. apparently you don't care.

The level of service and attitude of the doctors at this clinic is the worst I have ever seen in the United States, without exception. The nurses at the front desk here treat patients as if they were enemies, with no sense of service or empathy. The process of receiving medical treatment here is extremely unpleasant.

This is a very bad clinic. The doctor's attitude was very rude and indifferent, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

After terminated Ms Leewen Liu right after 3rd visit, She placed fabricated unspeakable accusations on my HMO medical record & refused denied me the copy & post misleading fraudulent court record , Even after termination , she continues use her job title cost harm & damage, spray bogus rumor, that is unheard of in any business not alone in medical service.

4 year later , As Aug.01, 2023 still refused denied patient right have copy what She placed on my 2019 HMO medical record.

I took my parent there. The doctor is too impatient and not willing to explain anything to us
