my registration & title were stolen out of my car so I needed a replacement. If this happens to you I suggest you opt to replace the title & you’ll get your registration the same day while your title is mailed out.

James helped me today & he was awesome. They need to give that guy a raise, he’s thorough & just super helpful. He made my experience quick & painless.

Tried to get an international drive permit. Very simple and easy to get it. Just need my drive license and two passport style photos. And $20 fee. It takes only 15 min. or less.

The staff here are professional, friendly and a joy to work with! Abe (the only guy with a beard) remembered me from a prior visit and Christine is awesome, fun to work with as well as professional. Keep up the good work!! Very nice, convenient and clean location.

No big lines! Very quick taking care of paying my car registration. Professional, pleasant employees. The charge of my registration was too high $$$ for me. Curious why it cost so much. Hmmm

Have been using this branch for a couple years in place of heading into a DMV office. Saves me loads of time, and everyone is always super fast and helpful.

This is my favorite AAA location. The employees are always friendly and the wait is usually under 20 minutes.

I do not often give five stars. This place was very friendly, professional and went the extra mile. We came in for passport photos and they found out our son had a birthday and they gave him a birthday gift. Nice folks.

I appreciate the precautions they've out in place. Theres a registration/check in process. You then have to wait to be called in. Someone opens the door for you and then you go to whomever you need to see. Definitely not a lot of people in the office at the same time so that was good overall a great experience!

Wow, I was dreading walking into a AAA office thinking they are going to try to upsell me and let's face it, the office doesn't seem like a fun place to visit.

I walked in and was greeted by the front guy which was the nicest guy ever. Sorry, didn't catch the name, but blonde long hair stylish guy. He took care of my IDP in 5 mins and I was on my way to pay. Awesome! Thank you!

Plenty of parking, fast and friendly service, nothing to complain about.

Highly recommended. Easy to park, friendly kind employees, very clean feeling and overall way better than the local DMV because of the shorter wait time and better parking at AAA Westgate.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and redirected to wait in a chair for a representative to make changes on my policy and the wait was less than 5 minutes and the lady who helped me was very friendly and courteous and thoughtful also informative and took care of my transactions smoothly and took a payment by credit card there at the cubicle so I did not have to go to the cashier area and then she also provided printouts and receipts so my experience went very well and parking was not a problem and the location is very good for me so yes I recommend this place.

They keep copies of the DMV driver handbook when even the DMV can't.

Updated my insurance auto. Fast service. This branch will be closing sometime in June.

Always helpful, courteous, and professional. Great for doing DMV Paperwork and picking up a few paper maps.

I've enjoyed this location for several years, unfortunately this location is closing on this Friday June 8th

I love that I can do DMV registration renewals here, and do basic title transfers without going to the DMV

Went in to renew my truck registration and order a new road service card. Excellent service.
