Fast, friendly, and good selection of glasses. In and out with a full eye exam, new glasses picked, and contacts ordered in 45 min. Been using Monroe Vision in Monroe for over 10 years and this location is equal in all ways with very convenient parking.

Jess was the sweetest to my son and I when we went to get our glasses picked out. She didn’t push us on anything and actually made it fun for my son. She gave us great suggestions and made it such a wonderful experience. We absolutely love going to the snohomish location and they truly are a special bunch of people there! I would recommend them over any eye place around!

I have been going to Monroe Vision Clinic for 24 years and I could not recomend them more. Dr. Sessions is always thorough, informative, warm and caring. All of the staff have always been welcoming, professional and attentive at the Snohomish location. Even though I have moved an hour away, the drive is worth it knowing I have a great team looking out for my eye health.

Super friendly and helpful!! They helped me pick out my frames without making me feel nervous or self conscious about how I looked in each frame I tried on. They made me feel at ease and relaxed. AND they fixed my nose piece on my current frames that Costco said they couldn’t fix. I also appreciated how thorough, up front and truthful Dr Sessions was during my exam. He was very helpful in my decision to get contacts or not. Helped me to understand the pros and cons.Thanks guys!!!

I went to the new Snohomish location for my recent eye exam. I was very impressed with the whole office. Dr. Lee was great and explained everything regarding my exam and the scan of my eyes. Jessica not only helped me find a new pair of glasses, but fixed two of my broken frames with my current prescription. Jessica was fun and bubbly. I will definitely continue to go to the new office.

First, I'd like to preface this with I rarely write reviews unless I've had a really horrible experience somewhere...luckily, this is not one of those type of reviews!

I've been meaning to replace my broken glasses with a new pair, but always dread shopping for frames. I hopped on google, looked up reputable vision clinics near me, and found that Monroe Vision Clinic had over 600 reviews and still had a rating of 4.9 stars. Easy choice. I also noticed Monroe Vision Clinic had a closer location in Snohomish, so I made an appointment request online (after-hours) during the evening and was contacted by someone via text the next morning. They quickly worked with my schedule and were able to get me in same week!

From the time I arrived to the time it came to pay and go about my day, I received top-notch, personalized care from every member of the Monroe Vision Clinic in Snohomish. Walking in, my first interaction was with Optometric Technician, Kristin. She quickly greeted me, was super friendly, efficient, and performed all the testing on multiple machines. She explained each machine and gave very clear instructions...you can definitely tell she has done this a million times before and could probably run all the tests in her sleep!

Next, I met with Dr. Stan Sessions. Dr. Sessions was very thorough and informative during the consultation process and review of the optomap imaging results. One thing that really stood out at Monroe Vision Clinic was the cleanliness and all the newer machines & technology. There was a lot of hardware and tech I have never seen at previous eye care clinics in the past. I even opted for the hi-res optomap imaging so I wouldn't have to deal with having my eyes dilated. Dr. Sessions went over all the test findings and even took the time to explain what he was looking for in the optomap images...which I thought was pretty neat vs. just telling me I'm good to go and rushing through the exam.

Finally, the last person I had the pleasure to work with was Optical Associate, Jess Tovar. Jess was super outgoing, attentive and had already picked out some frames for me to try on while I met with Kristin & Dr. Sessions. Jess is a true expert in her field and her ability to anticipate a customer's needs/wants is truly impressive. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she was unbiased, honest and most importantly...listened. Jess really helped me narrow the search for frames that best suited my needs and lifestyle. I am a big guy with a huge noggin' so finding stylish frames that fit my face is always a challenge. Not only did we find a frame that fit, they were fairly inexpensive compared to the other frames I liked in the store, so I ordered a second pair!

Most salespeople would've pushed the most expensive option, but Jess actually took the extra time to find the right frames and special ordered the size I needed. Hands down, the best experience I've had at an eye doctor or at a retail establishment for that matter. Can't wait to pick up my glasses in a couple days!!

Returning patient. I have asked for a specific visit for an eye lens prescription. After a standard procedure I was told by an office representative that to provide me with a lens prescription they will need to have another round of tests AND a "mandatory" training that will cost 180$ and it's not covered by my insurance. I would definitely recommend searching elsewhere and to avoid this SCAM place.
