The server was prompt, and the food was excellent. The chicken fried steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The country potatoes were just the right amount of spice and eggs the way I like them.

The chili verde omelet and chicken fried steak were perfect! Highly recommend both!

Loved this little place! Breakfast burrito with chorizo was amazing, and affordable. Very friendly, and quick! Coming back to try more!

Great chips and salsa (ask for the spicy salsa). Huge portions with flavorful meat, lots of veggies, and breakfast is served all day. A great stop on the way back from a ski day!

First visit for my dad an I and it won't be the last! We just happened to stop in on a whim and we are so glad we did! I had the fajita salad and my dad had the egg-chiladas. Both plates were super tasty and their salsa is amazing! This is a must if you are passing thru Rio Vista.

Bummer they charge for chips and salsa. But it is worth it. Chipotle cream sauce is really yummy as is the Verde sauce. Fajita burrito was a bit wet definitely knives and fork. Tasty

Good Machaca! I didnt see it on the menu, but they made it for me. Out for a quick ride on a very cold evening looking for good Mexican food.

Great food and nice people. Burritos the size of your head if you're into that sort of thing. The salsas were flavorful but not particularly spicy, so be sure to ask for the hot sauce.

The restaurant is clean. Very good food and lots of it. The prices were fair. The service was excellent as well. We will come back next time we are in Rio Vista.

First time there. The food was great. I liked the menu variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Delicious lunch at this Mexican restaurant. I had the fajita burrito with chicken. Servings are very generous so definitely bang for your buck here. Had enough for a second lunch and then some. Friendly staff and prompt service. Definitely recommend for those desiring a hearty and well priced meals. Wish I could visit more often.

The service was pleasant and with a great smile. Extensive menu with breakfast served all day. They brought chips, salsa, and pico without request and they wrre fresh and crispy. The pico and salsa tasted amazing. She ordered huevo rancheros andcsaid she enjoyed them, but she prefers green sauce but forgot to tell the server. I was starving and the veggie nachos more than filled me up. She gave us ice tea for the road since it was over 100 degrees. I am from Texas and have been sorely disappointed in the Mexican food in California, but Tortilla Flats has restored my faith. Guess I'm spoiled by all the awesome Tex Mex back home.

Be ready to wait during busy hours. Not because they are slow, it's because the secret is out and they are busy. You won't wait long, but you may wait a little. Boy, is it worth that wait... YES! It is.

Thank you and we will be seeing you soon. 5 times in one week in store and 10 in the past 3 weeks so far. Ordered take out the other day, too, with a large group.

This place is awesome!! The food is so delicious. I don't eat much Mexican food because I like mine the way my grandmother makes it, but their seafood selection is awesome and delicious.

I stopped off for breakfast and had chorizo con huevos it was very good and tasty. Betty the waitress was very attentive and pleasant. This place is very good and I will visit again.

Absolutely perfect service was great food was absolutely fantastic definitely recommended
