Great place if you're passing through going to a different city. It's a good pit stop. You have to drive through main Street to find this little hole in the wall. The food is amazing and the customer service was great.

I love this place. They're so nice, the food is good and there's lots of it. Yulie is very sweet.

A surprise and enjoyable find. Well worth the trip for the next time. Kocked the tacos out of the park!

Sadly, for other restaurants, you are now the standard my fiance holds (fillipina, tacos are a new and wonderful treat), and all have fallen short.

I went here recently and got an order of food for some co-workers and it was pretty good. I had the beef chimichangas and they were huge, quite good. Same for the chips. The guacamole was a bit salty but I didn't get sick from anything. Order was ready in a timely manner too.

The waiter Melissa was very nice! Greeted it as soon as we came in.
She brought us salsa and chips. The salsa is very mild but they have a bar where there’s other sauces and they range from mild to really hot🥵! For been really busy Melissa did very well in managing the floor and answering phones all while making sure drinks and chips were filled and good. I have to say Tks Melissa for your excellent service. Also the horchata and Jamaica were good.( made with real ingredients not packaged) 🤪😜 if you know you know 😃

We had tamales to try their food. We ordered 3chicken and3 pork. I told the lady who too my order that I wanted them cold because we would only heat up 2 and freeze the rest. So she had them wrapped for the way I needed them. That is some kind of great service. Next time we will eat in instead of ordering to go.

The new waitress did an excellent job, food was fantastic, nice and quiet relaxing place to enjoy authentic 🌮🌯

Had lunch there this summer and had tomales.They were the best, they reminded me of my mothers when I was growing up. We liked them so much we ordered several dozen for our Christmas celebration and each one was so good. Don,t forget to pick up both the red and green sauce with them.

Got asada chimichunga it was huge had beans rice and melty cheese inside with sour cream and Guacamole on side so yummy service was so friendly and my husband had 2 tacos which were fantastic yummmy food!!

Such nice people! Family owned and run with a rich selection of wonderfully tastey Mexican cuisine. Don't expect fancy, just really good food, ice cold beer and friendly folks. A new favorite!

The food is great here! Definitely cannot beat it for the price. I got the shrimp enchiladas special with a side of beans & rice. Best shrimp enchiladas I've had hands down.

I have eaten a LOT of Mexican food in my life and know a good meal when I have one. This place is truly authentic and some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The tortillas and salsas are homemade recipe wonders. The pozole is simple perfection. The tamales are as real as it gets. “Mom” works in the kitchen, taking just long enough for you to wonder where your food is at... and when it finally comes out, you realize that what took so long was the extra added ingredient called “love”.

I have enjoyed the times that I have both met the owner and delighted in their food. Each bite was better than the last. Have eaten in and also brought it home. Delicious.

New owners and you can tell by the delicious food! Hosts were busy but made sure to tend to all customers fairly.

Great tasting authentic Latin fare. Family run local small business with great service and a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place of you happen to be hungry in Rio Vista

Good place for pescadarians. Fish/shrimp may be added as the meat in many dishes. Some dishes are pretty spicy, which I like. Nice staff, good service. More of a sit-down place than a fast-food-to-go taqueria.

Great folksiness atmosphere. It’s about serving good food and not fancy restaurant cookie cutter chain restaurant commercialism.
If you are going through Rio Vista it’s worth the stop.
