I am not in the paintball world at all. But I was working on a project that required me to fill a small C02 tank up. I have never done anything with gas or tanks, so I was a little nervous walking in to their store. They're the only ones around that can fill a small tank.

I walked in and basically dumped the tank and connecting paintball flow tube things on their counter and asked for all the help and any advice about handling and storing a tank. The man behind the counter went above and beyond for me. Including a demo so I could hear what it sounded like when gas was leaving the tank, and how the connecting flow knob worked. I feel so super confident in being safe with it now, and some of my worries, admittedly, were unfounded. He showed me what to look for and how to store things properly, how to fit the nozzle and flow stuff together and explained everything in detail, but in a way where I didn't feel dumb or silly. Which is the BEST, and a sign of someone who knows what they're doing.

I felt very welcomed and am super grateful. If this is how above and beyond he went for someone just filling up a tank. I can't imagine how much help they'd be with other parts of the hobby. I highly recommend, especially if you're getting into the hobby and especially if you might be a little nervous about not being the usual paintball demographic. Super friendly store, so helpful. Def will recommend.

An amazing team with integrity and great skills in airsoft (and likely paintball but that's not what I went for). Thirty First Outfitters sell top of the line paintball and airsoft guns. They do not buy guns as google has decided but well worth the visit.

Elijah is the best he fix my kids gun for free and gave me a bunch of advice on how to be a better airsofter. You should shop here if you are into airsoft or paintball. Expertise is high the staff friendly and there are tons of supplies.

A gentleman named "Gabe" helped me get all set up with everything I needed for this weekend event I'm going to. He answered and and every question I had and was very understanding. He helped with what I should get for my situation and even gave me a good deal on everything I bought. Very outstanding store with options and good customer service:) my new go to store for any airsoft and paintball needs .it was beyond great customer service. 👌and still months and months later I'm still using this as my store of choice

Excellent place. Great assortment of products, amazing service, and Gabe is a heck of a good guy. I came in to get a spring for my AEG to make it legal at the nearby field. He helped me pick out the right spring and we spent an hour just chatting about airsoft, paintball, guns, teching, etc. Didn't get to play today, but it was still a great day and worth the 2hr round trip from home.

I highly recommend shopping here even if you can get it online. There's a lot to be said about being able to hold something before buying it... even if you have to pay a little more. Who knows, you might even find something better.

I have to say the response to Edgar below by Ryan was amazing. I’m sorry Edgar, but you have no idea about what’s import in this world. Support your local paintball shop, support your local paintball shop… I love this store and sport. They have been more than helpful to me numerous times and having the ease of access is paramount. I had such a great time looking for the right air soft gear. Gabe was super helpful. He gave me discounts and real good deals. I would definitely not cheap out when you get in to air soft or paint ball. Support your local shops.

I’ve been buying shopping here for about 3 and a half years and it’s the best. Gabe is the coolest, nicest, and just the best guy to buy a product from. He will never lie to sell a product and will answer any and all questions, he’ll let you know what your buying. When you buy from Gabe you can walk out of the store without any worry that your gun our gear will fail you.

First time here today with a buddy of mine and the guys in the shop were super helpful. Support local business and shop here the guys will help with everything you need and they have a ton of parts and new guns to choose from.

I normally buy a lot of my airsoft equipment online - it’s more for cosplay than actual play (which needs to change) - and I happened upon this store’s address on google while searching airsoft gear. Finally stopped by and, wow - I am 100% going to start buying there before opening up a browser. Good prices, fantastic service, and an abundance of equipment. So glad I happened upon the address / google listing, can’t wait to return.

I was looking into getting a new paintball marker and decided to go with the MacDev Prime XTS. I contacted the store and the owner, Ryan, was nothing but awesome in helping me get one! I ordered it over the phone and received my new prime within 2 days!!! My marker even came with extra goodies! Ryan was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of! I will definitely be ordering from them again! If I am ever in the Cotati area, I am definitely stopping by the store!!! The best paintball techs ever. They can help with an extremely wide range of issues you might encounter. The owner, Ryan is a player that loves the game and is extremely knowledgable on the products and their differences. PRO TIP!!! paintballs cost less here than on the field at playland.

This is a small shop but they will help get you whatever you need. I stop here at least once a month. Most of the time you will find Gabe behind the counter and he is as helpful as they come. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Great little shop with amazing staff. They personally helped me pick out my air soft gear, and were extremely friendly.

Live in southern California sent my macdev clone gt to Gabe for repairs due to local shops couldnt fix it right ,the marker had multiple airleaks and first ball drop off ,i would have to re chrono every few matches cause it would drop to 150 and my solonoid wires were tearing ,he didn't take long pretty fast actually took it out performed perfect really happy with the repairs thank you Gabe #Macdev #virtuebuilttowin

Awesome local airsoft store. Nice staff and they also have an airsoft field nearby. They answered any questions I had and quickly fixed my gun.
